立地が良く夜でも安心して歩けます。 朝食はフルーツが沢山で美味しかった。 全体的には良かったですが部屋の暖房が効きにくいのか寒かった。

レストランに近い便利な立地 バスタブがあるホタルで、お風呂が好きな人にはとてもいいホテルです。朝食のブュッフェはかなり美味しい。

部屋が綺麗で清潔。スタッフの対応も良し。待機のタクシーは安心して使える。

直ぐに（当日）個人ツアーを紹介してくれた。

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y aunque no es nuevo, se encuentra muy bien mantenido. Pero lo mejor de todo es la atención de todo el personal, desde la recepcion hasta el bar, comedor, limpieza etc. Muy amables y pendientes. Excelentes!!! Eso si, la atencion en el comedor es un poco lenta y puede mejorar

Staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean. In terms of noise I got woken up by the loud closing doors - why do hotels not have quiet closing doors in this day and age? The hotel and room itself were a bit dated. The area is okay, but it’s better to stay in La Carolina as a tourist.

Great hotel in Quito. Great location, attentive and polite staff, good breakfast, large and clean room, great bed and clean bathroom. The hotel also has a good restaurant.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff was helpful. The location was not great in terms of walkability to sights and restaurants, and not much was open when we arrived on a Sunday might, but we were able to easily get taxis to go wherever we needed to go.

El WiFi es muy deficiente, para descansar las habitaciones bien, pero para tener reuniones en línea muy malo.

Nos fue bien... la cama un poco dura, y el sábado en la mañana limpiaban los vidros externos de nuestra habitación haciendo mucha bulla. El desayuno puede mejorar mucho con poco esfuerzo. En general bien, se obtiene el nivel que se paga.
