立地が良く夜でも安心して歩けます。 朝食はフルーツが沢山で美味しかった。 全体的には良かったですが部屋の暖房が効きにくいのか寒かった。

レストランに近い便利な立地 バスタブがあるホタルで、お風呂が好きな人にはとてもいいホテルです。朝食のブュッフェはかなり美味しい。

部屋が綺麗で清潔。スタッフの対応も良し。待機のタクシーは安心して使える。

直ぐに（当日）個人ツアーを紹介してくれた。

Comfortable, clean, high quality and an exceptional staff.

Had a great stay at the NH Collection Quito Royal. The front desk set us up with a driver to do some sightseeing at the last minute, and the driver was great. They conveniently held our bags after we checked out, and even offered us a late check out (one hour) for free. Room was spacious and clean, and water pressure was perfect. It was easy to get taxis/ubers as well. Would definitely stay there again!

Sauberes und modernes Hotel in einem besseren Viertel von Quito. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber. Leider sind Altstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht schnell zu Fuss erreichbar.

Nice place but rooms are bit small and there was noise later than 11 pm or early mornings around 6 am

Incredible experience, the hotel staff was super friendly and cordial, from housekeeping to the taxi drivers, I was very impressed with the service. They even let me play the restaurant's piano for a bit. 10/10 experience, couldn't have been better.

Conveniently located in the calm area of La Floresta. Modern, comfortable and very clean. Coffee-maker in the room is a plus. Excellent breakfast.
