五つ星評価には疑問だが、ベル、ハウスキーピング、ガーデニングや清掃などのスタッフの性格の良さに支えられている感じで、小さいことは、許せる気分にはるホテル。ただし、タヒチのホテルは全体的に星ひとつ減らして考えていたほうが良いようだと思う。 モーレアの中では立地は良いと思う。空港からも港からも近くて便利、スペースも贅沢。 だが、おそらく少し古びてきていて、メンテナンスが追いついていないのではと感じた。 まず、写真でみていた通り、朱赤などの暖色をうまくつかった可愛らしいインテリアだったが、ソファ、カーテンなどにシミや穴が沢山。リネン類も使い込まれてかなり薄く固くなっている。 ハード面では、プールがメンテナンス中。 確か部屋にハンモックがあると書いてあったので、選んだビーチフロントのDXバンガローだったが、ハンモックは部屋はなく、かなり離れたビーチの近くだった。また、一応ビーチフロントではあるが、バーの裏側が見え、ハンモックも含め椅子やらなにやら雑然と置かれている感じがあまりキレイとは言えない眺めだった。 ホテルの方とも話したが、バスタブのある部屋が数室というのもどうか。 いろいろアップデートが必要なのでは？と思う。

2泊でしたが残念な事に滞在中ずーと雨で予定してたOP取り止め、しかも寒くて海にも入りませんでした。しかし部屋から海が見えるガーデンバンガローでのんびり過ごしてると子猫が訪れスタッフに話すと「雨宿りしたかったのかな」とゴロゴロ懐いていて可愛かったです

The property is nice but it's dated. The location is wonderful. However like all of the island your food options are very expensive and limited. The hotel staff are fantastic but the property is getting long in the tooth.

Beautiful overall but run down and in need of some basic repairs and renovations. The check in process was a bit prolonged and could be streamlined- there was a long line

A wonderful resort with great amenities. My husband and I stayed in an overwater bungalow. It was quiet and relaxing, with beautiful views and so many fish to see while snorkeling. The sunrise and sunset at the beach were beautiful. There was a variety of different cuisines at the buffet, and we enjoyed the dance show at dinner. The Polynesian massage at the spa was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Overall, our time at the resort was one of the highlights of our trip.

Quick check in, room upgrade with ocean view. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Great customer service!

The resort was clean and absolutely beautiful. I stayed in an overwater bungalow. The service was impeccable. The view was better than you could possibly imagine.

The most amazing experience for our 10th wedding anniversary staying in the overwater bungalow. The staff were also simply wonderful.

Un très bel hôtel sur une partie magnifique du lagon. Un personnel, souriant chaleureux et très attentionné. La nourriture est excellente. Nous étions dans un bungalow un peu vieillissant. Le seul bémol, nous y étions pour nos 25 ans de mariage, aucune attention de la part de l’hôtel. Nous y sommes restés 6 nuits.

Hotel con una bella spiaggia, camere un po' datate anche se in parte ristrutturate ma confortevoli. Un po' lenti al check in e ai ristoranti. Se volete mangiare in hotel conviene la mezza pensione, cari i drink

Paradise right here. Can’t get any better. Staying in bungalows over the water was a dream. Water crystal clear with amazing snorkeling right off your balcony. Snorkel gear and kayaks included with stay. Staff super friendly. Food very hood. Breakfast was included which was a plus. Otherwise food was pricey. Nice pool. Dream location

Wonderful for snorkeling (and we did a lot of snorkeling in the world) and also a relaxing vacation. Food was also good and staff was professional. The room is ok but ocean view buggalow is not ocean view when they do not trim the plants/trees. We could barely see the ocean.

Was absolutely amazing, me and the wife would like go back again and again I’d highly recommend staying there or the Hilton we switched to a air b and b because of the price over a 2 week stay I’m making my Expedia review at 2 am moorea time because she is so mad at me with the air b and b is brutal. The staff are amazing so nice The food is $$ but half decent The drinks are $$$$ and fairly strong The water is somthing you’ll never see again unless your there The beds are great The shower pressure was amazing this place is just somthing els I’d go back every day I could.

We have been to many islands and this was the absolute best snorkeling we have ever seen. HIGHLY recommend doing snorkel excursion with Sebastian and Captain Nico, it was one of the best parts of our vacation. Loved our overwater bungalow. Property is due for a renovation and they said they will be doing it sometime soon (many broken slats on wood blinds, a lot of beach chair were broken and the footers for overwater bungalows are cracked and need repair). Food and drinks at bare were good but expensive, as expected. Be aware that some bungalows are right next to a road and you can hear traffic, would recommend either overwater or beachfront bungalow. If you get a beachfront one though, there are a lot of chickens and the roosters crow constantly even at night. They feed them and really should relocate them, I love animals but they’re unpleasant. We really did have an excellent time there though!
