素晴らしかったです。 Casela Nature Parkまでのタクシー往復は1600Mrsですが、運転手は中でのactivityの時間配分まで受付と交渉してくれたり、と色々行き届いていました。 もちろん、全く濁りのない海辺、赤く燃える夕陽、そして沈んだ後の紫色の空と海、言うことなしです！ また、Mauritiusへ行く時があったら、迷わずこのホテルを選ぶと思います。

内装や部屋が広々としていて綺麗でした。非常に子供にフレンドリーなホテルで助かりました。 朝食と夕食のメインレストラン(ビュッフェ)も毎日飽きさせない工夫が凝らされ、今まで利用したホテルの中でも指折りの美味しさでした。 プールも広々としており、子供とたっぷり遊べました。(海は大変綺麗なのですが海藻と珊瑚の欠片が海底にあり、子供の遊泳には適しません) 何かルームサービスにお願いした時の対応の遅さが唯一気になった点ですが、南国なので仕方ないと割りきってしまえば大丈夫かと思います。 総合的に家族連れで利用するのにオススメのホテルです。また機会があれば利用したいです。

プライベートビーチがあり、ゆったりできる最高のホテル。ディナーもブッフェで満腹になる事間違いなし。海も遠浅で安全で綺麗で最高。

Overall, we had a mixed experience during our 2 week stay. Positive: Good and large breakfast buffet. Resort facility looks nice and is well groomed. Very nice beach area. Calm and private, tidy, with a lot of beach chairs. Staff: Usually very nice and tries to be helpful (more below). Negative: Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Rooms (we saw 3 total) not very special and not very clean. Had black mold in the shower and a mouse in the room. Service is very bad. A lot of staff in Le Patio during breakfast and dinnerr, but not very efficient. Seemed like they are just running around without doing much. For beach service, we often had to wait 30-60 Min until someone came. During the "mouse incident", there was a lot of bad miscommunication and multiple lies told from their side. We had to sleep in a different room for 2nd to last night and were told our room will be cleaned after breakfast next day. Next day (our last) we were told we had to get a new room and waited until 3 p.m. to get the new room, which ruined our last day completely. Prices: Highly overpriced. Without half-board, its around 70 € per person for a buffet (w/o drinks). Buddha Bar: The portion size was small, the food average and the prices too high. We payed around 150 € for 2 people. The service was very nice and quick though. For comparison: If you go to Flic en Flac, you can get better food for around <40 € (2 people, starters, mains, desert, drinks, tips).

Fantastic hotel, book Premium Suite for family of four. Second time with this hotel chain in Flic en Flac and would not hesitate to return. Fabulous beach, pool, rooms and sunsets!

The resort is beautiful, all of the rooms are great and cleaned multiple times a day. Facilities on site were plentiful: free water sport activities, extra priced day tours, etc. The 3 restaurants at Sugar Beach served amazing food and the also available 2 restaurants at sister hotel La Pirogue down the beach were great too. 10/10 for a holiday and resort, we loved the location, staff & everything.

Excellent property and service

Agréable séjour dans cet hôtel en bord de mer. La plage est agréable et les 2 piscines sont magnifiques. La chambre est correcte sans fioritures mais avec suffisamment de place et fonctionnelle, beaucoup de rangements et belle salle de bain avec douche. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sous forme de buffet sont excellents. Personnel agréable et serviable. On y retournera avec plaisir.

Notre séjour au Sugar Beach a été exceptionnel : cadre idyllique, équipe au top, très attentionnée. Un grand merci à Wasim qui a veillé à ce que tout soit parfait, mais également à Stephan, Joy et Françoise. Chambre impeccable, petit déjeuner très varié et restaurants très agréables sur le resort (petit cœur pour le Mare Mare). Nous reviendrons et je recommande les yeux fermés

Mycket trevligt och vackert beläget hotell med utmärkt service, massor av aktiviteter, god mat och möjlighet till avkoppling. Vill skicka med ett stort tack till vår housekeeper Baboo som på ett utomordentligt trevligt sätt tog hand om och alltid var glad. Tack!

From check in to the first night, the rating was 0/10. There was an issue with the room assigned to us and were told by a member of staff , that is your room. When the night manager was made aware of the problem, he started the ball rolling to provide an alternate room. Next morning, I was impressed that both the manager and assistant manager, took charge of the problem and relocated us to a different upgraded room. From then on it was 10/10. Room was clean, spacious, grounds very well maintained, breakfast and dinner buffets offered plenty of varied dishes. Well kept swimming pools, including an adult only one. Plenty of non motorised water equipment and an added bonus is that they offer free boat trips to a great snorkelling area, as well as free glass bottom boat trips. Dining and housekeeping staff all very friendly but special thanks to Vu, Vishay, and Stephan in conjunction with the Manager for making it such a enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel on the beach! 2 pools (one for adults only which is great as the hotel is very family oriented)

The hotel overal is beautiful. The food and amenities were amazing as well. The staff who help with luggage and the front desk were very helpful and stopped at nothing to ensure you had the best stay. The waiters in the restaurants however need more training. They take a very longtime to bring drinks or off any help often bringing the wrong order. This would not have been an issue if it were once or twice. But it was all the time at all the restaurants. Often no one ever comes to your table to see what you want to order. But everything else was amazing.

The room was well clean by Raginee every day very happy with that. Service at the restaurant was very poor the staff are very slow.

We spent 8 nights in this beautiful resort with our extended family. Had a great time! The rooms are spacious and the hotel location is great. The food at all restaurants was really delicious. The only negative aspect is the service at the main patio restaurant and at the pool. Had to wait a lot and always had mistakes in our food/drinks orders. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay.
