素晴らしかったです。 Casela Nature Parkまでのタクシー往復は1600Mrsですが、運転手は中でのactivityの時間配分まで受付と交渉してくれたり、と色々行き届いていました。 もちろん、全く濁りのない海辺、赤く燃える夕陽、そして沈んだ後の紫色の空と海、言うことなしです！ また、Mauritiusへ行く時があったら、迷わずこのホテルを選ぶと思います。

内装や部屋が広々としていて綺麗でした。非常に子供にフレンドリーなホテルで助かりました。 朝食と夕食のメインレストラン(ビュッフェ)も毎日飽きさせない工夫が凝らされ、今まで利用したホテルの中でも指折りの美味しさでした。 プールも広々としており、子供とたっぷり遊べました。(海は大変綺麗なのですが海藻と珊瑚の欠片が海底にあり、子供の遊泳には適しません) 何かルームサービスにお願いした時の対応の遅さが唯一気になった点ですが、南国なので仕方ないと割りきってしまえば大丈夫かと思います。 総合的に家族連れで利用するのにオススメのホテルです。また機会があれば利用したいです。

プライベートビーチがあり、ゆったりできる最高のホテル。ディナーもブッフェで満腹になる事間違いなし。海も遠浅で安全で綺麗で最高。

We spent 8 nights in this beautiful resort with our extended family. Had a great time! The rooms are spacious and the hotel location is great. The food at all restaurants was really delicious. The only negative aspect is the service at the main patio restaurant and at the pool. Had to wait a lot and always had mistakes in our food/drinks orders. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay.

All mat var otroligt god och vällagad, kockarna var så himla trevliga!! All personal var otroligt trevliga och hjälpsamma med allt! Rummet var väldigt rent och väldigt mysigt inrett! Stranden var 10/10! Rekommenderar starkt detta hotellet!

Fina rum. Riktigt dålig service, mat okej. Katastrofpersonal i receptionen som glömde boka transfer till flygplatsen, var otrevliga flertalet gånger under vistelsen i olika ärenden. Inte värt den dyra prislappen.

An ocean view room was reserved for my parents at the Sugar Beach hotel. They were celebrating their Golden (50th) anniversary. Initially they were given a room that was very far from the reception and required climbing stairs and didn't provide a clear ocean view (something we paid for). Also, they were not provided with drinking water in their rooms. On top of this, their in-room phone did not work. They were eventually moved to a better room on the ground floor, but the staff and service had already scarred the experience at the hotel. Prior to their stay at Sugar Beach, they stayed at the Le Meridien, where the staff, the service, the location were all top notch. The day and night difference between the two hotels made it worse at Sugar Beach. Will not be booking Sugar Beach Hotel again.

Hôtel globalement bien équipé. Le service de garde d’enfant et le personnel est au top ! Le service en chambre reste en dessous d’un hôtel 5 étoiles que ce soit sur le delais de traitement de nos demande, la disponibilité du personnel et l’attention avec laquelle le ménage quotidien est fait (douche et sdb mal nettoyée - draps sales pas changés et plateau repas non débarrassés …)

Superbe établissement ! Mention spéciale à Chesley et à Nadine qui ont rendu notre séjour idyllique.

A beautiful spot nestled in nature, perfect for those looking to enjoy sunshine, the sea and relaxing moments.... there are also plenty of activities 😉. Everything for everyone! Just a note about attebtion to details. Not always to a 5* standards. Missing replacement of used items in the room. Beach service not present even if staff is wondering around. [quicker to do it by yourself. Table service at the restaurants... a bit caotic.

The food, beach and sports facilities are excellent!

We stayed in a pool and beach side room at Sugar Beach. Service, setting and hotel were impeccable. The infinity pool faces the sea and the setting sun, see below. We had wonderful poolside service from Sorab, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Sandro was also incredibly helpful when we checked out. We plan to return next year!

Kamer en netheid geen commentaar. dat was dik in orde maar het eten/keuken was verschrikkelijk + het was een beperkte all in!! Dit had wel duidelijk mogen gemeld worden door jullie, niet? Al het goede eten moesten we voor bijbetalen. niet enkel het eten maar ook voor goede drank moest bijbetaald worden. te weinig personeel voor zo'n hotel. als je 30 minuten moet wachten voor elke drank dat je bestelt ... een lunch duurt (omdat het geen open buffet was) zeker 2 uur voor je het restaurant verlaat want ja alles komt te laat ... het was een dure en zure vakantie om het zo te zeggen .....

Excellent facilities, great room, clean modern comfortable. Location is great and staff is extremely attentive. Only ding is that they make you pay for ordinary tap water at your table for lunch and dinner when water is free at breakfast and various stations near the beach, pools, and rooms
