静かな環境と綺麗な設備で、リラックスして休暇を過ごすことができました。また、２つのゴルフコースは手入れが行き届いており、混んでもいないので気持ちよくプレーできました。

感じの良いスタッフと静かで綺麗なホテル

ゆったりと過ごせる素晴らしい環境です。従業員の気配りも細やかです。

今回ハネムーンで利用しました。 ホテル到着時の御対応には感動しました。レセプションスタッフが優しい英語と笑顔で迎えてくれ、さらに日本人スタッフのユリさんが待っていてくださり、いろいろと説明や、ホテルでどう過ごすかのフォローを親切丁寧にしていただきました。モーリシャスでは日本語の通じるホテルは唯一です。 部屋はリゾートらしく綺麗で特に不可もありません。 ただ、残念だった点は、スタッフの全体的な質は、リゾート地に求めるものには程遠いものでした。 具体的には、ハウスクリーニングのタイミングが悪く、時間を変えてお願いしたのに、結局やってくれずじまい。レイトチェックアウトを追加料金で契約し、ランチ付きということでランチを注文したのに支払いを要求してくる始末。しかもそのときの若い男性スタッフの態度には心を痛めました。その他、敷地内ですれ違って挨拶しようとしても難しい顔をして素通りするスタッフが多いです。しかもフランス語を主に話すようで、間違いなく伝えられたと思った英単語を聞き取ってもらえないこと多数で残念な気持ちになることがあります。 モーリシャスでは、ロケーションや施設面の綺麗さを重点に置いて訪れるほうがいいのかもしれません。おそらく、ハワイやモルディブのようなサービスの提供は期待しないほうがいいです。 また、ゴルフコースを宿泊者は無料で回れる点は最高です。ロストボールのみ購入しました。野生動物のフンがところどころに転がっていますが、ふつーにキレイでした。グリーンなども整備されています。プロのツアーが毎年くるようです。ゴルフ場のスタッフはよく気が利き、問題なく気持ちよく回れました。

Flott hotell, med tilgang til egen strand. Tre restauranter med super mat og drikke. Smilende personale over alt. Tilgang til «leker» på stranda (seilbrett, seilbåter, sup med mer). Egne tennisbaner, gym og kort vei til to flotte golfbaner. Et supert opphold!

Service exceptionnel , plage , restauration , niveau gastronomique , petit déjeuner , activité gratuite incluse , ski nautique , accès au 2 golf Le Links et le Legend, prêt de matériel , golfette et boisson incluse . La piscine est chauffée à 30 degrés . Carte des vins incroyables , la plus importante de l’hémisphère sud , plus de 5000 références dont 90 champagnes.

Tout ce qu’un 5 étoiles devrait vraiment être !

Hôtel exceptionnel de par son cadre idyllique. L’acces direct et privatif a la plage, le personnel aux petits soins, les piscines, les activités font de ce sejour un moment memorable.

Tolles Hotel, super freundliches Personal, zwei absolut tolle Golfplätze

Pretty much a faultless experience. The team at Prince Maurice is the finest we have ever encountered and a special mention to Nishal, Rajesh and Ravi for their incredible service and friendly conversation. Beautiful surroundings, charming colonial style rooms and a fabulous cellar.

Wunderschöne Zeit im Hotel gehabt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein ganz wundervolles Hotel mit herausragendem Service, fantastischen Mitarbeitern und wahnsinnig gutem Essen. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Perfect place with great staff and golf courses

We were in this hotel for the second time and it was again amazing. I was surprised by the great service and food which I had forgotten - or the level even increased. Many of the staff who was there during our last visit (3y ago) was still there, which is always a good sign. Top management, super friendly and caring staff. Nice rooms, large & clean gym with top coaches. Many possibilities to relax at beaches or pool areas - can only recommend the place! We will be back!

If you’re dreaming of paradise, look no further than Constance Prince Maurice in Mauritius — an absolute gem that somehow manages to be both incredibly luxurious and completely relaxed. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — warm, thoughtful and genuine. Every detail was taken care of, and nothing was too much trouble. The food? Out of this world. Fresh seafood, fragrant curries, the best breakfast spread I’ve seen (and I take my breakfasts very seriously). But what truly set it apart for us was the kids club. Our 8-year-old was in heaven — from cooking classes to beach treasure hunts and movie nights, he was constantly buzzing with excitement. It gave us time to truly unwind, knowing he was happy and safe with the loveliest team who made him feel like royalty. Constance Prince Maurice gave us the perfect end to our big family adventure — calm, beauty, and memories we’ll never forget. Already dreaming of going back.

Superbe hôtel avec un personnel à l’écoute dans un cadre idyllique.

Excellent resort. Our villa (on stilts) was quiet, had all the expected amenities and more, and overlooked the lake, although the boardwalk did have a significant people drifting passed, particularly to the restaurant. Food excellent; staff very helpful. Wine expensive. Was given a villa to stay after check-out before a late airport departure, very much appreciated. 2 minor concerns: our villa was always cleaned late (after 2pm) which meant we had to wait before going back there after lunch. The food service on the anniversary night was random (very fast then very slow, then no bill!). Other nights it was fine. Overall very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyable.
