予約通りにエキストラベッドも予め部屋に入れてあり、チェックインもスムーズでした。 全般的に古さを感じますが、清潔だし、空港から近く、ナイロビ国立の横という立地から、今後も使いたいと思います。

ケニアでの仕事を終えて帰国前に1泊しましたが、大変快適に過ごすことができました。目の前に広がるナイロビ国立公園の景色はすばらしくアフリカに来たことを実感できます。レストランも公園に面しており、眺めを楽しみながら豪華な朝食ビュッフェをとることができます。室内の設備も新しく長旅で疲れた体を休めることができます。 空港から市内に行く途中にあり、ナイロビ市内中心地からはやや離れていますが、市内の渋滞を避けることができますので空港へアクセスの良さが重要な場合には絶対おススメです。

ナイロビでのトランジットで1泊しました。空港から近く、市内の渋滞に巻き込まれないので、特に買い物や外出をしないのであれば便利です。ホテルからは、双眼鏡を使って、遠くにキリンやダチョウが確認できました。幸い公園側の部屋で静かでしたが、町側は道路が近くにあり交通量が多いので、ちょっとうるさいかも。部屋に入ったとき、蚊が10数匹いたので、即効で叩き、夜は静かに寝られました。英語のレビューは辛口のが多いですが、スタッフもアフリカ人らしいフレンドリーな態度でしたし、過度な要求をしなければ、とても良いホテルだと思います。でも動物が少なくてちょっと残念。

The staff here is AMAZING!! I chose this place for a second time on my way and my daughter chose to stay here a third time! LOVE it! Love the pools. Gym is well-equipped with great hours. Two gift shops on site with resasonable and set prices, which is a respite after dealing with haggling other places if you want a quick souvenir. Food was good!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to the national park.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the staff were great and catered to most of my needs. Also the breakfast every morning was good and satisfying. I’d stay there again

Excellent services

Clean room, lovely staff, great breakfast with enough options for hot food and an omelette station. Try to request a room with the park view as the city view is not very nice!

It’s real Africa with locals staying here, bringing their family for Sunday brunch…. Staff is fabulous and the food quite tasty.

I had no hot water for the 2 days I stayed there and this messed up what could have been a lovely stay for me. Also my bedside lamp did not work the first day.

Lovely location overlooking national park. Big 5 Restaurant serves tasty authentic cuisine. Good value! Highly recommend!

Fantastic place, gutted to only have a night there as was travelling on. But staff great, amazing facilities (was able to get a 5am run in the gym) - if I had longer would enjoy the pool and restaurant, and used it as base for national park. But regardless, great place - thank you!

The room was spotless although the Ole Sereni is showing signs of being a little tired and could do with a bit of a revamp. Staff were excellent and as before we enjoyed our stay.
