30年前アルメニア独立の年の夏のちょうど今頃にもこのホテルに泊まった思い出のホテルです。外観は当時の雰囲気をとどめながらも、現代的なホテルにと変わっていました。30年前もセバン湖へのタクシーの手配をお願いしたりお世話になりましたが、今回の宿泊でもホテルのスタッフの皆さんにお世話になりました。 事前に連絡しなかったのにアーリーチェックインの対応をしていただき、夕方までのチェックアウトの延長も対応していただきましたし、フロントでご相談したことも悉く端的であったので無駄な時間なく短い滞在を楽しめました。 次回またエレバンに来る際にもこのホテルを利用したいと思っています。

歯ブラシ、ひげ剃り、などがついていると良かった。 シャンプーや石鹸は、ついていましたが。

Love everything about our stay. Great location, rooms clean, comfortable bed, facilities in good condition. Don't forget friendly stuff ready to answer any of your questions. Streets not sleeping till 3 am at least. We had great time. Thank you everyone who left rewies before so we can choose that place

You really get what you pay for. Great location

The place is very outdated. The carpets are pretty old and need to be replaced. The sink needs to be more spacious. Despite all this it is a very clean space. The location is the best.

While the hotel rooms themselves were adequate, unfortunately the cleaning staff robbed our money out of the drawer at this hotel. When management was approached about this subject, they neglected to investigate and continued to send the same cleaning crew to our room daily. We were then told if we got the police involved we might be forced to stay in Armenia longer than intended. The entire experience was horrible and I would definitely recommend you stay far away from this hotel.

Extra one day stay after my tour. Reserved a junior suite with a nice sitting area. Only negative was the poor WiFi reception even though there were 4 access points in the hallway on the 4th floor.

I had a wonderful stay at Ani Plaza Hotel. It’s centrally located and walking distance to the Cascade and many restaurants/ cafes. They have an excellent breakfast buffet that makes the stay totally worth it. The hotel is a bit outdated but well kept and clean. Would recommend for an affordable stay in lovely Yerevan!

Very clean room. Friendly and professional staff. As a returning customer we were greeted with a free bottle of 20 years old Ararat Nairi brandy and sweets! The included breakfast is absolutely delicious and healthy. Will be back again!

This is an incredible hotel. As an American visiting Armenia, this will be my place to stay every time. The staff are amazing. The breakfast is incredible and the pool is perfect temperature. I have a 1 year old with me and everyone has been so accommodating. I just extended my stay here because… oh my god how amazing it is. If you are visiting from US or Europe, I promise you that this is where you want to stay. All the love from room 1209

Service

I was at the conference, and needed convenient hotel to Yerevan University where I could work, and at the same time enjoy Yerevan in off time. Ani Plaza was perfect for that. 24/7 staff (1 am arrival, 2 am departure for me), helpful staff, excellent breakfast, fast and stable internet, and in the heart of the city. What else could I need ? Was sad not to use pool and sauna, because I forgot the swimming attire :) But I was mostly busy anyway.
