The hotel has a beautful modern lobby where you feel like business lounge. But the rooms are still remain as old design. Additionally, my room's toilet kept running the water, it keeps making nosie. I asked receptionist abou fixing or changing the room||, later on a builder came to try to fix it, but it wasn't completed. Finally receptionist said the hotel will order a part and fix tomorrow. But no one came on next day. I asked the anoter receptionist(because of the shift) but she even didn't know about my room's problem. She appoligized the situation which I spent all night with sound of toilet water. I think the first receptionist just tried me to give up my room's issue. I really disappinted the attitude... hope to imorove both hospitality and facility.

Personalen hade förberett med vackra rosor m.m. på vårt rummed anledning av vår 40 åriga bröllopsdag. God frukost med mycket frukt och grönsaker. Utomhuspoolen var perfekt för oss. Mycket bra hjälp med att boka turer till Khor Virab/Ararat och till Sevan. Personalen hjälpte oss så att vi kunde delta på svenska ambassadens nationaldagsfirande på hotellet. Mycket gripande att besöka museet för folkmord 1915-1923 på armenierna. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår resa till Armenien och hoppas kunna komma tillbaka.

Hotel has a great outdoor swimming pool

The location is excellent. The breakfast is good. The rooms were dated. The interior design is tasteless. The bathrooms were small and in need of renovation. The lobby is not cosy. I had to wait 20 minutes to be checked in because in the evenings, one person mans the reception. Overall, I did not like my experience. I do not believe this hotel deserves a four-star rating. In my view, this is a three-star hotel. I stayed in Hilton and Tufenkian hotels and both were superior.

Hôtel très bien situé à 10mn à pieds de la place de la République. Possibilité de garer son véhicule gratuitement devant l'hôtel alors que le stationnement est payant dans Erevan. Restaurant de l'hôtel proposant des plats élaborés et goûteux. Hôtel confortable et très bon accueil du personnel.

In the shower water is not powerful

Avis mitigé : l’hôtel est très bien situé au cœur de Yerevan, il a de bonnes prestations mais plusieurs soucis à notre avis : 1) parking trop hasardeux : il n’y a pas de vrai parking, il s’agit de quelques places devant et il faut être chanceux, ou attendre pour avoir une place et certains automobilistes bloquent les places alors qu’ils ne ont pas à l’hotel 2) le prix des consommations est hallucinant ! Très très cher pour une simple bière à la piscine c’est 3300 dram : du jamais vu dans le pays ! On a cru a une erreur. Le room service est très cher aussi 3) le petit déjeuner est très limité et pas très bon par rapport à ce qui se fait dans des hôtels moins chics de la ville : le pain était mauvais et il n’y avait rien de spécial dans ce buffet. Buffet mal organisé. 4) ce que je n’ai vraiment pas aimé ce sont tous les panneaux d’interdictions et de recommandations dans les chambres ! Le pire étant que si vous ne fermez pas la porte de la douche et que ça fuit vous aurez une amende ! tous ces panneaux sont très intrusifs. Néanmoins il y a beaucoup de points positifs aussi 1) l’accueil du personnel qui est professionnel et les personnes parlent très bien anglais et sont très aimables et gentilles 2) la chambre était grande et jolie 3) la piscine est très grande et agréable avec une bonne ambiance sur la piscine grâce à la musique et aux hôtes sympas
