スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしいです。子ども達の一緒にバレーボールをしてもらい、次第に他のお客さんも加わりとても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。インクルーシブのエンターテイメントには追加料金なしで行けるスノーケリングがあり、1日2回も参加しました。

レストランのウエイターさんが日本語で積極的に話しかけてくれて嬉しかった。毎日プールやステージでイベントが企画されていて楽しむことができる。オールインクルーシブには飲食の他にカヌーやstand up paddleなどマリンスポーツも含まれています。

ビーチが近く、のんびり過ごすには大変よかった。しかし、スタッフのサービスがいまいち。 とても親切な方もいたが、愛想もなく、預けた物も預かっていないと言い張り、非常に困った場面があった。もう少し、レセプションのスタッフが親切だったらと感じた。バーの方は感じがよく、親切だっつ。

夕食、朝食ともにバイキングですが、今ひとつの感が否めません。 サラダには、何と赤いプラスチックの破片が混入しており、 スタッフに指摘したところ、蟹の殻だと言われ、それを否定しても何も反応がなく、 その後スタッフの接客がさらに悪くなりました。 もちろん、蟹はその日の夕食には一切出てきていませんでした。

Staff was very unhelpful. Dated decor. Pool area very rundown. Beach was not like in the pictures. No room service. Spa also terrible. Only positive was the staff on the boat cruises.

the hotel is quiet place and very clean, bedroom as done regularly and clean.breakfast is same thing everyday but tends to get busy during weekends. If you renting a car you might not get parking inside during week end unless its included in your hotel reservation fees. bathroom in comfort room was excellent just the screen on the bathroom doors need a retouch and also there need more modern Usb plug ins. small beach but blue bay beach is few feet away .Is just very nice location.

Vi har vært rundt hele Mauritius, og dette var definitivt den dårligste plassen. Trist buffé som serveres frokost, lunsj og middag, ingen á la cart. Stranden var steinete og de små strandhånklene måtte du nesten betale depositum for. Apparatene på treningsrom hadde alle løse skruer og et ikke fungerende a/c. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotellet til noen.

Our 2nd visit to this hotel as we found it great value for a fun and also relaxing family holiday. We loved the Beach location where you wander straight down from the hotel - and enjoy your all Inclusive drink here too. Sit and relax with gorgeous view of the ocean or take a dip in the crystal clear Sea. Blue Bay is such a perfect spot for snorkelling , straight from the shore you can see the marine life . We loved spotting all the fish, my daughter favourite being the 'Minecraft fish' (box fish). Also make sure to take advantage of the complimentary glass bottom boat trip further out into the Bay. The staff were fantastic, from check in to The Bar servers, waiting team in the restaurant and cleaning crew . Many of the servers recognised us from previous years and were once again friendly and helpful. They particularly took time with the Kids to ensure they were happy! The Hotel manager also took time to sit with us and talk about how we were enjoying the holiday. Mostly I have to mention the Club Coralia entertainment team, Yoan & Emmanuelle who absolutely made the holiday! Their efforts and enthusiasm which is recognised a genuine passion for what they do gave the kids the most wonderful experiences and memories they will cherish forever. Nothing was too much for them and they constantly went out their way to ensure the kids (and grown ups) were having a good time- even happily being chased and pushed fully clothed into the pool! Hôtel à taille humaine c’est la quatrième fois que nous allons dans cet hôtel où il y a une bonne ambiance grâce à nos animateurs Yohan et Emmanuel toujours la pour nous faire plaisir malgré l’absence quasiment total de leur responsable Christophe. Très bon emplacement. Malheureusement je trouve que cette année c’était un peu plus compliqué pour le personnel car beaucoup moins nombreux, ils sont obligés de faire beaucoup d’heures. Sinon nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Generally nice but disappointing that we couldn’t use mask or snorkel, not able to get a beach towel despite the open hours. Food was lovely and room was really nice and soacious

The food was a bit boring, the egg station for breakfast was a constant waiting line. The overall hotel, with employees and cleaning was ok.
