ホテルは綺麗でとても良かったのですが せっかく一番高いプレジデンシャルスイートに宿泊したのにお湯が出なくて 電話しても来てくれず２回目でやっと来てくれたと思ったら シャワーは５分くらい出しっぱなしにしてようやくお湯が出る感じで ジャグジーは最後まで水しか出ませんでした。 もうここは泊まりません。

スタッフの説明不足が多く、よくわからないことが多かった。 下記、参考にしていただければ ■無料でできること ・施設内のアクティビティ(テニス、ビーチバレーなど) ・ウォータースポーツ(カヤック、ペダル、ウォータースキーなど。) ・スパでジャグジー&サウナ30分 ■夕食について ・敷地の中央にあるビュッフェが朝無料。(たまに夜も無料だと説明があったが、結局お金を請求された) ■ベビーシッターやタクシー手配 ・ロビー入り口に案内係がいる

ホテル自体は清潔感もあり、部屋も海が見渡せる快適な部屋でしたが、毎日タオルが置いてなかったり、ゴミも片付けられてなかったり、床にもゴミがおちてたりと、ハウスキーピングはただベットメイキングだけ？という感じでした。タオルを届けて欲しいと頼んでもなかなか持ってこず、あんまり遅いので自ら取りに行くことも度々ありました。何を頼んでもとにかく対応の遅さにあきれました。スタッフも、ここは5星ホテルよねぇ。。。と考えさせられる対応が目立ち、私たち以外の宿泊客も苦情を訴えてる場面を何度か目にしました。食事も美味しくもなくまずくもなくといったところでした。リピーターにはなりません。

3泊で行きました。 ミストサウナやジャグジー(水着要)ジムなど自由に使えることや海辺での申し込みになるグラスボートやシュノーケリングが無料で体験出来るのは嬉しかった。その説明はホテルからなかったので残念。 部屋にお水が家族分補充していただける。それ以外は有料。1L150mrsほどで高い。ホテルへ向かう際にスーパーで購入がいいかも。 ロビーではWi-Fi無料。部屋では5時間750mrs 。ロビーにはたくさんソファーがありのんびりくつろげる。 プールは温水もありよかった。 ご飯も各レストランに子供メニューがあり良かった。

On n’a passer un séjour sublime le personnel était exceptionnel vraiment professionnel la propreté de la chambre était à la hauteur de l’hôtel je recommande cette hôtel on a passé vraiment des belles vacances super un service, 5 étoiles la première boutique de l’hôtel est superbe et la vendeuse vraiment sympathique. Magnifique hôtel, personnel au petit soin et très agréable. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. La nourriture est assez varié.

Beautiful resort, very well maintained. Exceptionally helpful staff. Only downside - our room was on the 2nd floor and had no lift access - which meant that I had to carry my 8 month old, in his stroller up and down multiple times a day on a sometimes slippery staircase.

Excellent and quick service from all staff: Ishrat, Akshay, Patrick, the entire breakfast team, and al. Peaceful stay. The room was clean and so comfortable. Will definitely go back!

Belle chambre et superbe extérieur. Les activités sont top ainsi que les gens qui s’occupent des activités ( plongé ect) Par contre l’hospitalité de certains membre de l’accueil et du petit déjeuné, est vivement à travailler pour un hôtel 5*

Amazing resort with excellent facilities, well maintained and a variety of food on offer. Clean and comfortable bedrooms with great sea views. Excellent and very helpful staff all round service

Because of an issue with the wing where I booked they upgraded me and put me on half board option. It was truly appreciated and the facilities are awesome.

1 nuit de repos et 4 nuits de conférences ( prises en charge par la société). Site magnifique, bcp de choix d’activités, bien situé mais avec chambres un peu datées et pas bien entretenues bien qu’elles soient propres. Les lits sont composés de 2 matelas individuels ce qui est inconfortable pour le dos en fonction de sa position de sommeil. Infrastructures en mauvais état pour les activités nautiques et personnel peu attentif donc éviter si vos enfants sont un peu turbulents Buffet copieux et varié (notamment les options végétariennes) mais très ciblé pour les plats indiens et asiatiques. Assez fade… dernier dîner découverte d’un cafard frit au fond du plat de riz byriani… et le pire c’est qu’il a fallu insister pour que le plat entier soit remplacé… Au global personnel accueillant mais service de niveau inégal… loin de ce qu’on attend d’un Intercontinental

All the staff were so helpful and kind to my elderly friend. We absolutely loved staying here. Facilities are amazing, people are beautiful, the scenery is outstanding and food and cocktails were plentiful!!! Would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting a special holiday in Mauritius. Thanks to Roshan for keeping our room clean and sparkly during our stay. 💙

Infrastructure/équipements impeccables! Personnel au petit soin. Un peu plus de sourires au bar de la piscine et ce serait parfait !
