Everything was wonderful! Can’t go wrong!

We came home one afternoon after being on the Lady Lynsey for the day to find our hotel room ajar. No belongings were disturbed & I'm guessing maybe housekeeping didn't pull the door hard enough to latch it but I would expect less carelessness.

Staff were wonderful. We had a car and the valet service was a part of the stay, very pleasant valet staff. Loved swimming in at the beach in front of the hotel. One mile walking loop around property. Poolside service was awesome, again very friendly. Free cookies and drink samples came out a couple times. Loved having a balcony. Nespresso coffee makers in room and they provided coffee pods. Food was expensive, but that is st Thomas. We did a lot of exploring and honestly, we should have just spent all our time at the resort with maybe one or two planned excursions. Not sure if it was worth renting a car for.

Minha experiência de check-in neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante e muito aquém do padrão esperado de um Ritz-Carlton. Chegamos ao hotel por volta das 10h30 da manhã e, desde o início, o atendimento foi desorganizado e pouco acolhedor. Não havia ninguém para auxiliar com as malas, e a comunicação da equipe foi falha durante todo o processo. Apesar de termos uma reserva regular de uma diária , ficamos sem acesso ao quarto até aproximadamente 19h, sem explicações claras ou qualquer tentativa efetiva de compensação pelo transtorno. Ao sermos informados de que o quarto finalmente estava pronto, a situação se tornou ainda mais constrangedora: ao entrar, o quarto já estava ocupado por outra família. Foi um momento extremamente desconfortável e inaceitável para um hotel desse nível. A única pessoa verdadeiramente prestativa durante todo o dia foi o bellman, que demonstrou profissionalismo e empatia — um contraste com o restante da experiência. Viajo com frequência e já me hospedei em diversos hotéis cinco estrelas ao redor do mundo, mas nunca vivi algo tão negativo. Esperava excelência, organização e hospitalidade, e infelizmente encontrei o oposto. Uma experiência frustrante e que comprometeu totalmente nossa chegada após um cruzeiro.

The staff were good. Expected more from the Ritz. $900 in resort fees unacceptable.

It was nothing you expect from Ritz Carlton, not well maintained room, rocky beach, poor service, bad food in the restaurants, air conditioner was not working in some of the buildings! For the price you pay I don’t recommend this hotel

Staff was top notch!

Pool is very nice with a great view. Service is average. Drinks are expensive and not much alcohol . People are very friendly at the resort and the staff

The seaside massage was spectacular and the view of the ocean while laying pool side is just breathtaking.

Room, staff, and amenities were amazing! We paid for the Club Lounge package and it was definitely worth it. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking to stay on St. Thomas.

Amazing resort, white glove service! Beautiful location!

Except for hilly terrain (I am 81) and walking everything was perfect. Golf cart rides by staff were great but needed to be supplemented.

We will absolutely be returning within the next few months. Never experienced the customer service tht we recieved. Kimorah-lin in guest relations is an absolute Gem to this Ritz-Carlton. Six nights. Awesome bed. Friendly staff with great help about things to do, taxis, and restaurants etc. our first time in St Thomas and we will be back.

The RITZ Carlton, Saint Thomas. Amazing, memorable, fun and an everlasting experience. The best decision I have made about travel accommodation, in decades. This year, it was my wife's 50th and I wanted to surprise her with something unique and different. We also have 2 small children, ages 7 & 10. The Ritz Carlton was my immediate pick. Our philosophy is that if you travel somewhere unknown with small children, choose the best there is to avoid ugly surprises, disappointments or anguish. Do not penny pinch or fool yourself into thinking that you are some sort of a travel magician. I have tried that in the past, looking for deals, cut corners. . .and it turned out 50/50 in terms of excitement vs. disappointment. The Ritz Carlton Brand delivered what it is known for, worldwide. The moment we pulled into the Ritz Carlton with our rental car, the staff was extremely attentive, welcoming, happy and excited to see us. The Bellmen drove us with their golf cart to the section of the resort that is called CLUB LEVEL. Club Level is an all-inclusive accommodation, with complementary meals, beverages, specialized service, any sports gear you can possibly think of. It is a must do for anyone that expects being pampered, kick up their feet and truly forget about everything. The people, the staff, the elevated class in service, the attention to detail is what we will always remember. Every team member from concierge to service staff held the utmost professionalism.
