ダウンタウンの方にありアクセス良好。スタッフもイキイキしており非常に好感度を持てます。朝食が美味しいので大満足でした。ネットは非常に早いためストレスを感じません。

They had roaches in the restaurant. Next day a guy was sprinkling some powder(most likely poison) around the food. I got sick when I got back home and could only imagine that it came from there. The hallways look old. The room was extremely hot with no ac. They had a portable ac in the room with no exhaust tube that goes out the window, so basically it was useless, as it can’t be used properly. Only plus is that the staff is friendly

The room was cleaned daily and sparkling. But the whole settings were still old and needs some restyling. the rugs and windows. Breakfast was okay but less options. No air-conditioning at the property.

Excellent customer service. Starting from Brenda at the reception, the guy at the bar at the pool area, maintenance guy who came to fix the AC. I wish i could name them all. The rooms where clean. The food needs a bit of working on to improve on it. Other than that i can still come back.

Check in was easy and overall all the staff were attentive and very helpful. My room was AC was not working but they brought in a portable unit straight away. The room service breakfast was very substantial I had to remove some options when I ordered it. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Wanted to change the dates. I was told no problems - contact Hotels.com. Contacted hotels.com, received a message that hotel sticks to its policy of not refunding. I actually wanted to book additional night as well. That was my last trip ever to this hotel. Well done :-)

The hotel is 6 star in name only. It has all the services of a 5 star hotel presented in a drab outdated environment. The decor and rooms are drab. Some one seems to have made an effort to paint the corridors, but the paint spilled on to the windows with lines showing. This is a place i would not recommend.
