初日に深夜到着しましたが、施設は従業員等対応良くしてくれました。但し5036室に案内されましたが上階のテラスの音が大変うるさく寝て居られる状況では有りませんでした。翌日部屋を変更して頂き寝る事は可能に成りました。 施設の従業員はあの部屋がうるさい事を理解している状況でした。このホテルの5階の5036室は宿泊出来ない部屋と思います。

３泊しましたが昼間は、ずっと非常用設備の配線工事とかで斫り音がしていました。断りの手紙と粗品をもらい気は使っていました。タオルは、使用した分の補給がなかったので催促しました。朝食は予測どおり品数、クオリティも低く１人27＄。プールバーでドリンク（グラスワイン8＄）しましたが、グラスはポリプロピレン製で油膜（手あか？）がついていました。スタッフはフレンドリー。少し追加してケンピンスキーを利用しては！

市内の安全な場所にあり立地はよい、セキュリティもしっかりしていました。　部屋も比較的簡素だが清潔。 水がややにごっているが特に問題はありませんでした。　フロント、コンシエルジェ、メイドもみな親切で気に入りました。

エントランスのセキュリティーも万全で安心です。レストランやバーも充実しており快適に過ごすことが出来ます。

ホテルは大変良くスッタフもいいのですがフロントのスッタフは最悪 対応が悪すぎる プライドが高すぎ　接客業なのだから愛想よくしたらいいと思う　墓のスタッフ大変いいです

This was the first time for me staying at the Sankara in Nairobi, and I found the hotel to be excellent both in terms of comfort and cleanliness. My room was modern and well appointed and very comfortable. The food in the restaurants was good ands the steakhouse Graze was 4 out of 5 stars. The staff - 10 stars out of 5. Very (super) friendly and helpful and came through on every request. The only minor squawk I would give the hotel is that the bar on the first floor could do with an update and a more robust selection of liquor. It was a bit to sterile for my tastes - leaving money on the table for the hotel. The rooftop bar and pool were nice but again suffer from a narrow selection of alcohol. But overall - 5 of 5 stars! Truly enjoyed my stay.
