-We had to wait at entrance for one hour for just checking in. -Although we booked a room for two ppl, there wa only one set of room amenities (slippers, bathrobe, cup etc). -Waiter spilled glass of water during the dinner. My dress and tablecloth got wet but he didn’t apologize. -There were tons of ants on the cakes for dessert buffet. -Room was clean. Location was good.

ホテルはウォータータクシーに2分ほど乗ればポートルイスのコルドンモールにアクセスでき、そのまま市内中心部へも徒歩でアクセス可能です。 部屋はごく普通で、WIFIのスピードは十分早いのでストレスはありません。 但し、コンセントが少ないので電源の取り場所が限られます。 朝食はバイキング方式ですが、サラダ系がありません。 まれに金曜日の夜にマリーナ側のバーで20:00-26:00までハッピーアワーパーティーが開かれる為、マリーナ側の客室は大音量の音楽に深夜まで悩まされる事になります。

ﾙ　コーダンウォーターフロント(ショッピングモール)に行く水路を渡る船が特別な休日を演出してくれました。

電話のかけ方をフロントにたずねたところ、とても丁寧に対応していただきました。

　無料のwater taxiに乗ると1分でお台場のようなショッピングエリアへ。フロントのサービスは感じがよく的確。ホテルの雰囲気もマル。ロビーでのインターネットは無料、部屋からはすごく高い。一日3000円くらいする。でも何台でもつなげます。

Dejligt sted

I had a great stay here! The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear, but my room was very comfortable and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were great and I loved the Japanese menu in the restaurant. On Saturday, the water shuttle was not working, so that was a bit of an inconvenience, but you can walk around to the property. I have to say that the reception desk is outstanding - very professional, helpful staff.

Front staff lacks training in handling fire hazard/emergency situations. AC took long to get fixed after which sparks caused a fire that I extinguished and informed the reception staff to get this looked at asap but there was no real sense of danger/urgency on their behalf, which indicates I was purposely put in a defective room and wasted 3-4 hrs of my stay. Check in took long to get done. Overall a poor experience.

Potensialet med hotellet er bra, men er preget av lite vedlikehold. Fliser i basseng mangler, mugg på dør i dusj etc. Laminatgulv på badet.. vegg til vegg teppe. Frokost ok. Litt dårlig utvalg

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in early which was appreciated. The pool was very nice. Appreciated the shuttle boat and used it several times. The food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was good but it was a little confusing where to find things as the buffet was spread over several rooms. Perhaps as guests arrive for breakfast a staff member could explain the layout. No housekeeping provided- perhaps you need to request it. If so, explain this to guests.

The reception staff was excellent.tbe check in was smooth. Got help from the bagagiste. There was adequate free parking for our rented car. The lunch from the Japanese sextion was absolutely delightful. Going tk Caudan was very easy due to the free water taxi

Whilst I would stay here again because of the location near Caudon Waterfront but not in it, and the helpfulness of staff I had reservations about my stay. Check in very poor - shown to a room already occupied. Food at Dinner quite slow to arrive and then not hot. Also wine prices in the bar excessively high for the quality of wines served compared to other bars and nearby hotel.

Fresh interesting menu for breakfast

The room had roaches. The breakfast was decent, but service was lacking as tables didn’t all have silverware. Egg station hit or miss. You have to request coffees, no one comes around. Decent variety. Checkin/out pleasant enough, but noticed they didn’t ask how everything was because the night before there was a loud party till 2 am right outside below us. Location was excellent. You are a short walk from waterfront and grocery.

Nice location. Large rooms. Hard working staff, kind. Good breakfast and dinner selection on buffets. Building is tired. Needs a freshen up.

Spacious rooms, well located with friendly staff. Unfortunately, the hotel is very tired. Towels and bed linens are gray and worn. We found the hotel spa is dirty, including the esthetician’s uniforms. The hotel has loads of potential but is in dire need of a facelift.
