プールの水が汚かったけど、その他はとても快適でした。

従業員は流暢に英語を話しとても親切です。 クラブフロアに泊まりましたが夜遅くても対応が丁寧で居心地がよかったですし朝ご飯のbuffetも美味しく食べられました。すぐ隣がショッピングモールで歴史、切手博物館やカジノ、土産屋さんがたくさんありました。 ビーチには車で30ー40分です。

ドアマンの2人のホスピタリティが最高でした。いつも笑顔で、お出迎えやお見送りをして下さいました。また、サンセットクルーズを教えてくれたのも、ドアマンの方のうちの1人です。とっても良い思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。

眺めがよく清潔でバルコニーのついた客室は申し分ない、感じの良いスタッフ、食事も美味しく　ポートルイス　に宿泊するならココがよいと思います

５つ星ホテルである。しかしモーリシャスの物価が安い所為か２泊したが他の都市では１泊分くらいの料金である。しかも朝食付きである。ロケーションはホテル名にある通り、ウオーターフロントにあり、そこはル・コーダン・ウオーターフロント・コンプレックスと言う複合施設があり、ショッピングセンター、レストラン、博物館もある。スタッフは皆親切、フレンドリーであった。ビュッフェスタイルの朝食では、オムレツは並んでいなかったがウエイターが要るかどうか聞いてくれて注文した。２泊目の朝もオムレツを注文した。チェックアウトの日、チェックアウトタイムを訊くと１１．００ａ．ｍ．とのこと。一方フライトは１６．２０発のセイシェルズ行きなのでホテルを１３．００に出ると丁度良く、それまでエクストラ・チャージ無しで延長出来ないか訊いたが、次なる客があるので１１．３０までとなった。しかしチェックアウト後は１Ｆ（日本の２階）にシャワー付きの大きなウエイティングルームがありそこで過ごせば良いとのことだった。それで１１．００にはチェックアウトし、その部屋（エアコンが効いていなくて玉に瑕）に入り１２．３０頃、ホテルから空港に向かった

スタッフがとても親切に対応してくれました。新しくできたアジアンフージョンのレストランで、ディナーをいただきましたが、とても評価高いとおもいました。リゾートホテルではないですが、ポートルイスの街を中心にするには最高のホテルだと思います。

Perfect location on the Caudan Waterfront. The hotel is very well appointed and comfortable, food in both restaurants is excellent, also with a pleasant bar terrace, although the service can be a bit supercilious.

I was the victim of theft of a gold necklace by a staff member (probably a member of the cleaning staff). This unacceptable situation has not yet been resolved. I will take legal action and publicize the matter if this valuable item is not returned to me within 24 hours.

Great hotel in the heart of Port Louis. Rooms are large and well-equipped. The staff are extremely helpful, relaxed and professional, they make you feel welcome for sure. The hotel restaurants are good and in the immediate area around the hotel there are lots of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended!

The staff was lovely, I had come much earlier due to my flight and my room was available when I arrived. The room was beautiful, with great water views. The only downside was there was no shower gel when I wanted to shower late at night, had to use the hand soap! It was corrected early the next day. Breakfast was decent. Would have been 5 stars if not for the shower gel debacle. Will come back.

Hôtel idéalement situé mais dont l’état général a besoin d’être rafraîchi. Le service restauration n’est pas au top. Bref d’une manière générale un mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Aweful service by some staff members. Overcharged bill, wrong room service order delivered, 45 mins wait for a soup at the restaurant, elevators not working for entire hotel……long list of issues in just 2 days of stay at this hotel that I have not faced in past 20 years of travel. Will not go back again. Run down hotel now. Way past its glory

The best Breakfast every morning....love it very much and staff were awesome....every one of the dining staff were excellent ....more than a 5 star ...beautiful location...will go there anytime in the future...love it!!!

Great hotel. Only problem is that my initial payment of one night was not in their records, so I was charged twice for one night. I will not have internet access until mid February so I will have to wait until then to clear this up.

This was one of our best stays anywhere! The hotel is beautiful and the room better than the pictures. Located on the waterfront with shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful in everything we wanted. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
