スタッフが皆フレンドリーでした。ルームクリーニングも安心できました。市街地から少し離れていますがUberなど活用すれば問題ないです。朝夕の渋滞とホテルの前の道路状況が悪いという部分はありますが、総じておすすめできるホテルです。

領収書のダウンロードが出来ない

部屋のライトが消えたり、電気がとまったり、と非常に不便でした。その事をレセプションに伝えても対応は遅く、不親切であり、ホスピタリティーは最低だと思いました。ラパームは数回宿泊していますが、次回は他のホテルを選ぶつもりです。

The tap water was so cloudy that I couldn't take a shower or bath, or even wash my face.

チェックイン時に待たされた挙句、部屋に入ると先着の他人に遭遇。外部とはドア一枚、ガラス一枚で容易にアプローチできてしまうため今の時代では不安感を覚える。施設全体が老朽化しており、海に直面していることもあって特に客室棟については限界に近い印象を受けた。

海に近いコテージタイプの部屋で、カビ臭さが強く頭が痛くなりました。浴室は綺麗で使いやすかったです。朝食はコンチネンタル、現地食と品数も多く、ゆったりした雰囲気で頂けました。ビーチを楽しめる訳でもなく、リゾート気分を味わうには中途半端なホテルかと思います。不便な場所にあるので、利便性を求める方は市内のシティホテルをおすすめします。

With the price we payed...you never be able to be satisfied with what you can get from them. Their facilities are pretty old. Staff at the Reception are very slow. Pool and food is OK, otherwise..I can't recommend you.

Definitely recommended. Delicious food, and the staff encouraged me to try all the Ghanaian specialties! Try them all, especially the muddy looking juice that’s full of ginger, cardamom and such like.

Very friendly Staff! Good Chefs - especially Chef Leslie Little dated and jaded Property but Service makes up for it.

Hospitality Management was very accommodating to my son age 14

The electric sockets sizzled and lights blinked every time I plugged anything in. Access to the beach is difficult and requires scheduling with staff therefore returning from the beach requires navigating other locations or businesses to get to the road. The spa wasn’t operating. The place is very clean and staff are kind but their claim the place was renovated within 5 years was a misrepresentation or else they may mean “upgraded.”

Frankly, I did not like anything about my stay at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel. The property is poorly maintained and need remodeling. All around the property I immediately noticed worned tables, paint peeling, and broken or old equipment. My room had bugs which I reported. My shower was an old fashioned tub shower. I recommend the closing of the hotel for a major remodel. I moved to the La Babadi Beach Hotel for the remainer of my stay.

Personalet var uengagerede, glemte ordrer og efter to timers ventetid på frokost måtte jeg aflyse min bestilling. Der er langt fra receptionen til værelserne, og ofte måtte man gå tilbage til receptionen for at reaktivere nøglekortet, der konstant gik i stykker. Morgenmaden var til at leve med, men personalet virkede sure. Kaffen var udrikkelig

My experience at the hotel was mixed. Upon arrival, the receptionist’s lukewarm attitude and lack of enthusiasm did not create a welcoming first impression. The interaction felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and somewhat unprofessional. After informing her that I was checking in, she asked what time I had booked the hotel. I found the question unnecessary, especially since the reservation details were already available in the system. I had to search through my phone to retrieve the information, and when I finally did, her response came across with an attitude, as though I had done something wrong simply by arriving to check into a room that had already been reserved for the night. The overall process lacked warmth, urgency, and the hospitality one expects when arriving at a hotel. That said, my checkout experience was much better. The receptionist during checkout was professional, welcoming, and had a beautiful smile that made the interaction refreshing and pleasant. The breakfast was also very good and enjoyable. As for the property itself, the hotel feels noticeably dated. I was honestly surprised to see how much La Palm has aged over the years. It still carries the foundation of what was once a landmark hotel, but it would greatly benefit from serious renovations and modernization to restore the high standard and prestige it was known for when it first opened.

The first day we reached we had to wait hours to check in even though we were told check in from 3pm. Once we got to our room we were shown around. The TV didnt work and the door handle for the bathroom came off. The guy just put it back on an left. A few days later the door handle came off again and as I picked it up to put it back on it sliced my finger. I reported it to reception and the maintenance man was sent. He came and told me how the door opens. I had to say to him regardless of how the door opens, the door handle shouldnt be coming off and it definitely shouldnt be slicing my finger. He then went, got a new door handle and in less than 5 mins, it was changed. The rooms were cleaned daily but a couple of times our towels were taking but not replaced. We had to call reception multiple times but didnt end up getting our towels until after we were back. When it rains the water continuously drips on the ceiling for hours. So its almost impossible for you to continue sleeping. Sadly on the last day a gold chain went missing from the desk. It was reported so fingers crossed it shows up as it wasnt in any of our luggage. Overall the hotel was nice and in a great location. Just a few updates need to be made.
