5つ星ホテルの施設とサービスではありませんが、立地は良いと思います。

銀行やATM、レストラン、カフェ、土産物屋さんなどもホテル内にあり、便利です。アヌシ湖沿いを散策するのも気持ちがよいですが、夜に出歩くのは避けた方がよいでしょう。施設が老朽化しているというコメントもありますが、それほど老朽化しているようにも思えません。従業員も気持ちのよい人が多く、快適に過ごすことができました。

カールトンホテルは町のなかでもっとも高い建物のひとつです。窓からみるアヌシ湖の景観はとてもよいです。町の方でも、景観を楽しむことができます。プールをみながら食べる朝食のビュッフェは、とてもおいしいです。このホテルに宿泊すると、その後のマダガスカルの旅行を楽しむことができるでしょう。

従業員は皆、フレンドリー。ちかくにスパーマーケットのショップライトがあり、食料品や雑貨品を購入することができます。

全般的に質の高いホテルでした。ロケーションも良く、何かと便利な場所です。ただ設備はやや老朽化している印象です。

Warm atmosphere, useful access to business and tour. When I got in trouble for delayed arrival due to the flight cancel from reception desk very kindly took care of myself and send driver to the airport even it was mid night for free of charge.

マダガスカルだということに鑑みれば最高なのではないか。食べ物はうまく、店もそろっている。ルームサービスも（繁忙日だったのにもかかわらず）迅速にきた。そしてうまかった。部屋には浴槽もあり、高層階は見晴らしも良い。

アンタナナリボの中心から徒歩10分ほど離れていますが、市内には観光する場所もないのでとくに問題ありません。新しいホテルなので快適に過ごせます。

アンタナナリボでの国内トランジットで利用しました。深夜に着いて早朝に出発したのですが、タクシーの手配などそつなくこなしてくれました。

アンタナナリボのホテルでのクオリティは最高だと思います。レセプションの対応も丁寧で迅速、フィットネス、レストランなどの施設の充実などホテルライフも楽しめました。朝食もおいしく、そこそこ種類は豊富、プールサイドのレストランはピザがおいしかったです。ただ急遽仕事をしなくてはならなくなったのですが、ｗｉｆｉがつながりにくい、ビジネスセンターにはスキャナーがないなど不便なことも多々。またエアコンが壊れていたり、、、とあったのでそこだけが残念。また回りの治安がよくないので、基本的にはタクシー移動だったのでちょっと面倒でした。

Laut Öffnungszeiten ist der pool vom 7.00 bis 19.00 Uhr geöffnet. um 7.45 Uhr war der pool noch nicht geöffnet und nicht gereinigt. Abgesehen von hereinfallenden Blättern, was ich nichta ls grosses Problem betrachte, ist die gesamte Umrandung des pools wirklich schmutzig. Dass Essen (Pizza) am pool ist kaum gneissbar und entspricht den Standrad eiens Pizza take away.

Very safe, secure and friendly hotel in Antananarivo. Bonus of having an ATM (Visa inly) and a french patisserie on site. Good with their airport shuttle service too.

All staff is nice and willing. Unfortunately the property itself seems to be left in disrepair. The worst part is the lack of a proper restaurant/chef: food quality is below par. Breakfast is appalling, very little choice and poor quality. Definitely, as it is now, not a 5 star hotel.
