Good location. Kind staff. Excellent restaurant.Pool and spa is must . Little bit old.

基本的なサービスは整っており、24時間ルームサービスなど充実したサービスもある。 ホテルは横に長く、この点は移動が大変。また、低層階は展望が良くない。

アーリーチェックインの有無を事前にメッセージにてやり取りし、夜中の3:00に空港へのタクシーの迎えを依頼していましたが、来ませんでした。 また、案内された部屋にすでに他のお客様が就寝されていて、別の部屋に案内されました。 従業員の方は丁寧な接客で、居心地が良かったです。また、お部屋はオシャレな雰囲気でした。

街の中心でロケーション良し。 レストランが夜は10時ラストオーダーは早すぎ。 朝のブュッフェは充実。 部屋の風呂場は寒いので、プールとサウナがお勧めです。

７／１９（Ｃ／Ｉ）－２２（Ｃ／Ｏ）の２泊を５／２７にＥｘｐｅｄｉａを通し予約したらＥｘｐｅｄｉａ経由で早速ホテルからe-mailが来たのはいいが、６／１９－２２と１か月間違っており、直接私宛e-mailでないので間違いを連絡するのに手間取った。Ｃ／Ｉして２階の４号室に案内されたが、窓から見るとホテルの屋根ばかりで、街が見えない。クレームすると向かいの３号室はどうかと見せてくれたが、こちらは明るく広くて部屋はいいのだが 路地が見えるだけなのと、バスタブがなくシャワーだけだったので４号室のままとした。その４号室も夜入浴しようとしたら、温いお湯でしかも土色に濁っていた。一度お湯を抜いて再度入れたら少しは濁りは少なくなっていた。ただお湯の温度は多分３５℃位で入っていて寒く、ゆっくり温まるという訳に行かなかった。(部屋が暗かったのは東向きで、Ｃ／Ｉは午後だったからである。眺望も屋根の先に、望遠にして遠くの丘の上に女王宮が見えた） 部屋は２階に上がってすぐの所だが階段付近で工事をやっており、夜まで工事の音がうるさかった。それ以外はまずまずであった。

A aucun moment j’ai été prévenu que le spa et la piscine n’étaient pas accessibles. Et l’hôtel est en travaux, le bruit, l’odeur et la poussière en plus problème de wifi. +24h sans connexion Si j’avais su je ne serai pas venu à cet hôtel. Le personnel était agréable et souriant.

Very dirty property. They didn’t have breakfast items in stock, they overcharged taxi fare and no AC in the rooms.

Devoted personnel and very good restaurant. Best and safe location in Antananarivo. Most helpful receptionist.

This is a very old property from 1908 times in one point in time was one of best but can not keep up with our times

This hotel located in a very good location. Good hot water, A/C, needs more English channels. The breakfast is very good, more choices, staff always there to help you. Always we got good thick new towels. Front desk lady arranged a vehicle for us to go to Morndava and Kindley forest for reasonable price. Our driver Freddi took care of us finding hotels and driving safely. We had another driver also for the Lemur Park. We had upgrade and gifts. Second time or room carpet needs shampooing. We will stay again in this hotel!

호텔택시를 이용하여 공항으로 이동했는데..차에 핸드폰을 놓고 내렸는데..호텔에서 운전자에게 연결하여 한시간 후에 공항으로 다시 가져다 주었습니다. 너무 감사합니다.

It is very important to understand that this hotel has an old and the new part of the hotel. With Expedia booking I was booked in the old part of the hotel, which is pretty old and it doesn't deserve to be on your booking page. Having said that I was unlucky/lucky that I didn't have water for the first evening and night and after that incident they moved me into the new part of the hotel, which was pretty nice. What Expedia needs to assure is that your bookings are always related to the new part of the hotel, as the old part isn't recommended at all, hence my average ratings for everything.

The room is super small and the AC wasn't very cool. It's an old building. But it's a classic very nice

A lovely, luxurious hotel in the centre of the capital city and right next to the Presidential Palace. Stunning reception area, restaurant, spa, and pool areas.

Very nice hotel and great service and staff. In a busy section of the capital so some street noise at certain times of day. Overall very comfortable, with good wifi and excellent breakfast/meals.
