デザインホテルとしてよくできています

景色が良かった。 入口のセキュリティの人が親切だった。 なので安心して外で人を待つ事が出来た。 朝ごはんが豊富で美味しかった。

バスタブのある部屋を準備しておくとよい（シャワーの部屋しかない）。朝食バイキングが種類も豊富でとてもよかった。特にフルーツがおいしかった。

事前にホテルに連絡しておけば、空港に送迎が待っている。送迎車は空港のアライバルホールに出たホテルのインフォメーションに尋ねると、空港で待ってくれている送迎の担当者を呼んでくれる。 プールもあるので、暑い時にはとても気持ちが良い。 夕食はビュッフェタイプで日本円で2,000円前後で食べることができる。

The lady at the counter said I haven't paid yet though I did online prior to arrival. I asked her so many times to check to make sure that it is unpaid. She was annoyed and said "don't you see? I'm busy. I'll do it later" (in French, which I speak well). After 5 hours she called me up to come down with the credit card that I made a payment. Yeah, it was paid, so I did make a payment twice! I sat in front of her with my card in a hand. The first thing she said was not even a word of apology! She said "oh I'm tired." It finally took more than a day to get my money back due to whatever the problem they had. Worst experience ever.

セキュリティがしっかりしていたのは高く評価できるが、客室のバスルームに換気扇がなかったためか湿気が多く、特にベッドのシーツが乾燥しておらずやや不快でした。

ビジネス用としてはロケーションもよく、食事および部屋もそこそこ快適。スタッフとの英語のコミュニケーションでやや難あり。

Breakfast has so many options and staff at the checking are very pleasant

Poor security - allowed a man to dragged into hotel foyer and beaten in front of guest having dinner, leaving blood all over the floor. Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, internet in general extremely slow. Staff are more concerned chatting to each other and on their mobile phones than serving guests

The hotel was great but some amenities there are not working well I will rate it 6/10 I believe they can do better.

The pictures do not reflect reality on the ground. room had a foul odor. no bellman to carry luggage upstairs. spraying room with disinfectant spray did not help with odor so ended up switching hotels

There was nothing unpleasant about my stay; Internet worked reasonably well, breakfast was fabulous and dinner was alright too.I loved the facts that there is plenty of fruits and vegetables served all meals! The lift has a permanent fault where it stop automatically going down on the first floor ALL the time. This little annoyance ought to be repaired.

If you have work or meetings in Plateau then this hotel is convenient for the value. I was disappointed with the quality and the selection of the buffet breakfast compared to 2 years ago (prior to Covid19). The buffet was poor overall.

What this property lacked in the full-service amenities that I am used to, they made up for in service. The staff was always so accommodating. They all spoke English. They were all very pleasant and always helpful. It is centrally located. Everything I needed was a walk or short taxi away.
