Staff is very helpful

Most staff are helpful and even helped me order like Uber Eats.

The room were not cleaned well. Dirty floors foul smell, a front desk lady on day shift with a very bad attitude. Guests would feed the too many cats on our plates and staff just look on. Change of linen was a tag of war. The breakfast was same throughout. Stinking trench on Block A.

The property is conveniently located, within the rapidly renovating Senegambia Area, safe by all means. It’s surrounded by plenty of diverse cuisine, bakeries and international restaurants and sports bars, near the Kololi beach and by sea-front apartment buildings. This was the third time I stayed at Sarge’s Hotel and can’t wait to come back one more time. All friendly staff and management never had complaints with. On the downside, the hotel can try to do better with the available meals options, tours and amenities for its guests

Excellent staff in all areas. Breakfast was good. Room cleaned daily to high standard. Friendly staff.

Ett av de sämsta hotell jag bott på. Låg standard på rummet. Personalen i receptionen var mest intresserad av att kontrollera gästerna. Välskött poolområde. Störande musik från gatan till kl 4 på morgonen. Bra läge nära Senegambia street. Man får vad man betalar för men hotellet är inte prisvärt

Perfecte ligging

Bed blanket was never changed for my whole 21 days. Staffs were great. Not business friendly

Perfect Hotel in Senegambia, very kind staff, spacious and clean room, amazing and quite garden and swimmingpool, very good breakfast. Near to restaurants, shops and beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room, very polite staff, all accessible and fluent in English, conveniently located hotel only few blocks away to Kololi beach. Safety and plenty of social life and safari services in the surrounding area . Premises really good including the pool and bar areas and the flowery garden. WiFi is generally good, breakfast however is basic and can do better with fruit and juice choices. Apartments well equipped in most units. I recommend the hotel

Nice quiet in the day, it is noisy with bands or music from all restaurants but I got used to it Great staff

Conveniently located, plenty of good restaurants, nearby to ocean, great for a walk with your partner. Staff services available at any time. Need for phone in the rooms. Need to improve the breakfast.

A lovely hotel which as a solo traveller I felt safe and comfortable in. The staff are so lovely - friendly, helpful and attentive. Very well located in Senegambia and I was able to walk to places around there easy. Clean room and facilities which made my stay comfortable.
