ザンビアの人は誰もが親切でフレンドリーだったのが一番の良かった点です。チェックインから荷物の運び、施設の案内、また英語が苦手でも丁寧に答えてくれるところなど、初めてのアフリカ旅行が有意義なものとなりました。 気になった点は、日を分けて3回、3つの部屋に泊まりましたが、それぞれ風呂の排水が悪い、冷蔵庫が冷えない、デイクリーンをしてもらった後の補充品がまばらで正確性がないなどでしょうか。それでも、満足のいく旅行であったことは確かです。このホテルに泊まることを決めて良かったと思います。またザンビアに行くなら、同じホテルを選びたいと思います。

チェックインの際に「I'm looking for your room」と言われ、書類の記入を終えてからもしばらく時間がかかったのでアレ？と思いましたが、それ以外はサービス・食事とも素晴らしく、良い滞在になりました。

ザンビアで初めての宿泊なので、高級ホテルを取りましたが、さすが5つ星！バスもベッドも快適でした。朝食もいろいろ選べて美味。向かい側のサンデーマーケットを楽しむこともできました！

新しくて清潔です。ジムもとても広く充実していました。ショッピングモールはすぐ目の前（車に気をつけて道路を渡ってください）。食事ももちろんできます。朝食も充実していました。その場でオレンジを絞ってジュースを作れます（ただし、自分で絞ってください）。満足しました。

the shuttle didn't come on time and had to wait for over one hour. It was pretty good hotel in general.

Loved the on site barber shop, just what I needed. The rooms were nice and spacious, room service was excellent.

Clive at Front Desk was helpful

Booked a suite advertised as sleeping 5 but just had a double bed. Got to pool and there was ‘no service’ there - nothing available. Eventually a broken coffee machine was fixed and we got a coffee. Breakfast in the morning was in darkness as issues with the lights.. airport transfers quoted as more than double the price of taxis and ‘may be shared’. Manager was lovely and engaging but this was a tatty tired place with a very dismissive attitude. We booked for a premium last day to a safari holiday and just got frustration.

The front desk staff is superb. I can’t thank them enough for all their efforts and making sure my stay was safe and great quality.

Staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful and attentive. Rooms were very comfortable. Food was excellent and amenities were really appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay. The reception staff who helped us were awesome, Lungowe and Clive were so cheerful and very helpful. Overall the staff were great only that the Chuma Restaurant didn’t pick up calls. Chuma Restaurant was hard to get through to, most of the time, I had to take walks every time we needed something from the Restaurant. My husband didn’t feel so well upon arrival so it was convenient for him to have room service the first 3 days of our stay.

The hotel was a bit run down but in a convenient area. Most service request were ignored, and they charged me in USD at a terrible conversion rate - never even asked. The food was hit or miss.

At midnight during my first night the hotel's generator came on (due to load shedding), and it was right outside my window. Terrible noise, how does the hotel expect guests to sleep soundly? I asked to be moved to another room which was possible, luckily. I am surprised that a hotel in this league doesn't have a 'silent' generator, or house it in a sound proof building. Or have a solar system instead which would be environmentally friendly.
