空港～ホテル間を行きも帰りも無料の送迎を利用できたのが良かったです。 ただ、時間通りではなくてかなり待つことになるので、余裕を持ったスケジュールを組んだ方がいいと思います。 空港到着後も事前に伝えていた時間よりもかなり長く待って、ようやく迎えがきました。 時間がアバウトですが、無料の送迎なので許容範囲内です。 部屋は広くて清潔感があります。 向かいのレストラン会場で頂いた朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。 フロントのスタッフさんが皆さま対応が素晴らしくて、観光地までのタクシーの手配をしてくれたり、現金がなくて困っていたら近くの両替所を丁寧に教えてくれました。 またハボローネは行くときには利用したいと思えるホテルです。

It was just so nice as usual. Staff are helpful and friendly. Even remembered us from the previous stay.

ロケーションが幹線道路に面しているため、早朝から車の往来が多く若干noisyだったが、レセプションやレストランの接客もfriendlyで、客室も清潔であり、総じて快適に過ごせた。

2016年12月に宿泊しましたが、部屋は広く綺麗で従業員も親切、とても快適でした。部屋に電子レンジがあったのも良かったです。あとはコインランドリーがあれば完璧なのですが、この国ではまだまだ無理ですね。

お部屋がとにかくゆったりしています。中庭が素敵。隣接のレストランの特にステーキが外国で食べた中では格段に美味しかったです！特にヒレ。今はワインがサービスで付いてきてます。2杯分くらいの中瓶です。お値段はディナーで1200円くらいだったような。 あまりにも居心地がよくて１週間くらい長居してしまいました。 中庭も綺麗です。。

次の日の移動のために一泊。すごくキレイで、スタッフも親切だし、今度はゆっくり泊まりたいと思うホテルでした！ 室内もとてもキレイで、難点はWifiがフリーではないことだけ(^^;) 食事も美味しく、一人旅でしたが大満足です！

Good customer service from staff

Very friendly and helpful staff with a fantastic breakfast to fill up before starting the day. Highly recommended for a stay in Gaborone.

Location is great - near UB, river walk and main mall. Check in was easy. There is good wifi connectivity. Our room was big and clean, the décor is a bit dated but in a vintage type of way and really clean. And we had fully open able windows that kept the noise out. The bed was super comfortable. Bath and shower and great lighting in it. Parking was easy Points for improvement Staff could have made an effort to help us with our heavy bags. The shower pressure was not great.

Clean room, courteous staff, good breakfast. Hotel has a nice and contemporary African charm and is located close to town - the CBD is less than 10 minutes drive away.

Room extremely spacious. Price very reasonable. Staff friendly and pleasant. Breakfast great. If back in Gaborone will definitely stay at this hotel.

Convenient location and decent cafe close by, but the rooms are dated and dark. In mine, the carpet was bare in spots, controls for AC absent…

Bed very tiny in Executive room, TV channels very limited. Could do with a Smart TV bigger screen. Change of furniture in lounge could add value , as it currently look outdated. Breakfast very poor, staff attitude needs improving, it took 45mins for cooked breakfast to be served. No apology whatsoever, just staring at you like you are wrong to point out the obvious delay.
