La ubicación es buena pero el ruido de los carros se escucha siempre . No tiene aire acondicionado por lo cual nos dio mucho calor no pudimos dormir

El elevador no funcionaba y eso lo hacia muy incomodo y el ruido de la circulacion de los carros hicieron nuestra estancia difil

Los Baños necesitan mejoras y mejor limpieza; deben tener neveras en los cuartos; las cajas de seguridad no funcionan muy bien, deben mejorarlas.

That staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs, the breakfast area was superb and courteous.

The employees has all of them excellent customer service. The first room smelled like humid , so we requested to move in to another room. Also, the handicap ramp was very steep and I could not use it, I has to use the stairs even with my knee hurt,

El hotel tiene oportunidad de mejora, tiene muchísimas palomas que uno desayuna y te llegan.

I would rate this hotel average; the staff is all very friendly. There is a nightclub somewhere around the hotel where you can hear the music; usually it was off by 12am. The week we stayed the elevator was not working, good exercise going up to the third floor except when I had to carry all of the bags of souvenirs.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, sin embargo, las habitaciones están algo deterioradas y el internet muy malo. Muy demorados en el restaurante en el servicio y para las facturas como extrangero

Si buscas un lugar con moquetes viejas y olorosas encontrarás el lugar de tus sueños. Tampoco cumplirán con lo que te prometen, por ejemplo si los eliges porque dicen que tienen caja de seguridad, te dirán que no está en la habitación y que podrás acceder a una en la administración pero para abrirla necesitarás una llave física. Lo bueno es que te debes quedar feliz porque en 9!meses solucionarán todo.

This hotel is very old with 4 stars prices when it’s not even a 2. The breakfast was horrible, the elevator was not working. All the tables, chairs, beds were in bad conditions and the whole property had a bad smell

No sirve el elevador

Anuncian gimnasio y no lo tienen habilitado, dicen que está en reforma, habitaciones sucias y viejas. Se siente como publicidad engañosa.

Mejorar la apariencia, piscina, fachada y esi ayudará
