ハボロネのホテル選びは難しい。その中でCBDと言う断水、停電がないエリアから選ぶ事が大事になります。また意外にもハボロネは朝晩の渋滞が厳しいのですが、マサからのアクセスは便利だと思います。部屋が画一的ではなく、反面いろんな部屋タイプが楽しめます。スタッフもフレンドリーで 定宿となっています。

日本政府関係の方を含め、日本人客が多く泊まります。構内に3軒のレストランがあり、また、安心なタクシーも多く待機しており、利便性も高いです。チェックインの際に、フロントに向かって右側のエレベータを使う客室は、金曜日と土曜日の夜は深夜まで、ホテル３階のバーの喧騒が聞こえます。左側の部屋は、静かです。

ハボローネ中心街は建設ラッシュで何年か後に来ると街全体がガラッと変わると思います。現在は、開発中なので、ホテルの周りは何となく閑散としていますが、徒歩圏内にスーパーはあります。ホテルのスタッフは非常にフレンドリーでいろいろお世話になりました。部屋のエアコンが突然切れるのと効きがあまり良くなかったのが少々残念でしたが、ホテルスタッフが調整に務めてくれました。

ハボロネの新開発エリアに存在し、断水、停電がありません。wi-fiも比較的早く、ビジネスにおいては良い選択肢になります。スタッフも皆フレンドリーです。お部屋も清潔に保たれていますが、少々作りはアフリカクォリティークォリティー・・・。ただ他に比べると上位レベルです。買い物もレイルパークモール、スクエアマートどちらにも徒歩１０分程度と便利です。少々のものであれば、スクエアの商店街で手に入ります。近接して、ステーキハウス、イタリアンレストラン、コーヒーショップがありますので、週末も特に不便を感じません。良いホテルです。

定宿なので、勝手知ったるなので使い易い。 ホテルの西１０分にSquare Mart、東に１０分でRail Park Mall。車がないととても不便なハボロネに おいて、徒歩でスーパーやモールにアクセスできる。 他のホテルを色々試したが、wifiはここが一番安定している。 新開発地域でつきものの、計画停電、計画断水が免除されているのも良い。

このホテルが建つエリアは、計画停電・計画断水が免除されているエリアなのでその辺で苦労することがありません。 停電でNWもなしなんて事はザラにあるなかで、稀有な存在です。 比較的新しく、昨年から今年にかけて改修も進み綺麗なホテルです。

1) ホテル改装中で、本来ならば宿泊サービスを提供できるレベルになかった。 2) 事前の宿泊部屋タイプのリクエストも一切関係ないアレンジで、再度現場で依頼し、不機嫌な態度での対応 3) 真夏にも関わらず、エアコンが故障した部屋に案内され、修理を頼むも一切対応なしにて、再度部屋交換 4) フロント従業員の対応が素人以下。また、フロントソファーに従業員が大きな態度で座っており、客をたたせたままでも無関心 全く残念なホテルで、何方にも一切お勧め出来ない最低レベルのホテルでした。

新しいホテルでまだきれいですが、アフリカの新築の建物にありがちな中国製部材の破損は見られました。泊まった部屋では、窓の取っ手がもげてました。ホテル併設の施設は工事中のものもありましたが、レストランも夜中まで開いていて、レセプションの対応も、ベルボーイの対応も問題ありませんでした。駅とそこにあるショッピングモールには歩いて行ける距離でした。空港送迎もありますが、特に空港からそれを使うには、あらかじめホテルと連絡を取った方がよさそうです。

Maintenance is falling behind. Several items in my room broken, dirty, worn and not timely repaired. No hot water im the entire hotel on one of the days. Cockroaches in my room. Restaurants around hotel have closed down leaving no other dining options unless you have a car.

Dit hotel heeft echt een upgrade nodig. De kamers zijn oud, het kan nog net. Mijn airco deed het niet, is wel gemaakt. Grootte van kamer/badkamer prima. Personeel aardig eb voorkomend. Locatie goed.

Superb service and kind staff.

The staff was great during my stay. Always smiling and willing to help. The food was very good quality and tasty. The breakfast which was included had some variation, but being a person who loves breakfast, it checked all of my boxes. The staff would see me coming and start my eggs and cooking my bacon crispy. The location was great, five minutes to Field mall and ten minutes to to the Three Chiefs Monument.I could go on and on about the location, but the area is very safe.

Very old. Dirty. I do not recommend.

I absolutely loved the staff at this hotel. My AC wasn’t working in my first room on arrival, but they changed my room and gave me an upgraded room/suite. Things may not always go right, but they corrected it immediately. I look out for these little things. Thanks to the entire team here.

A nice hotel, and seemed like a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. This hotel has a very nice gym and rooftop pool & bar. However, the room could do with some modernisation and certainly some maintenance. The fitures in the bathroom were all loose; the shower was not great and the shower door did nothing to stop the bathroom floor from getting soaked. The AC unit seemed to be occasionally spewing bits of dirt out and then stopped during the night, making the room unbearably hot. Some of the plugs didnt work, and wwee a bit old-fashioned- i would expext a hotel of this supposed quality to have USB charging sockets. If we'd been staying longer I would definitely have asked to move rooms. It is a pity the condition was so run down as the rest of the hotel seemed nice and the staff were very welcoming.

The hotel is not well maintained. Walls are dirty and fixtures old and tired. The couch on the tv room was dirty and worn out. Service very slow. You order room service food they bring food in two hours. We didn’t have bath towels and requested these the whole morning

Great check in and excellent staff

The hotel is old and under disrepair. My shower head snapped off and sprayed my Afro with a gush of water. The restaurants are hot and it seems like they don’t have a solution for the heat! The facility has very loud parties. Obnoxiously loud events lasting until late
