Great for an eclectic place with local color and very helpful and informed staff.

Angie & Karen (managers) were both very helpful and had the "Pride of Ownership" attitude. The feel was welcoming and quaint. Also, the amenities were great and focused on the guests. I've stayed at many places both for work and personal travel and the staff was great. Highly recommend!!

The staff were sincere whether in an offer of help, interest in quality, correcting a situation. They were appropriately business like yet it always felt like I was visiting family. The staff also seem to enjoy their jobs and working with each other.

St John Inn has an incredible ambiance that makes it a wonderful experience all round. It is tucked into an eclectic part of Cruz Bay that may not work for everyone. It’s a bit on the older side but that’s also what creates its awesome charm & vibe! Karen and the staff are amazing. They will jump to help however they can, on any request. We felt so comfortable and taken care of during our stay. Loved the short walk to pretty much everything you might want to do. My husband and I had a blast! Would definitely stay again.

Top notch property! I loved my stay at the St. John Inn! This Inn had everything you could possibly need for your stay! The owner and the 2 managers are wonderful people and they made my stay comfortable and enjoyable! I will absolutely be back next year! Thank you Angie, Karen and Dave!

Location and staff are great. The cooking items and towels really need upgrades. Daily cleaning is practically just making the bed, but we are very clean people, thus we maintain the room very decent. The first night the power went off and they do not have a generator. My husband needs a CPAP machine, plus the room got very hot and impossible to sleep. Not ideal after a long trip. Eventually, the power came back. That was the only problem. Other than that very relaxing place.

It’s always a treat to stay at the St John Inn, and a good deal, too. One of our favorite places in Cruz Bay!

Decent breakfast provided. Egg o waffles, packaged english muffins and bagels. Fruit or yogurt would have been a nice addition. Wonderful that they allowed us to use beach equipments- chairs, toys, cooler, towels. Patio was nice to eat at (there are cats that hang around however). Clean, close to the grocery stores and the ferry. Nice pool.

The place was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a bunch of free amenities from breakfast, to rum punch, to beach gear (like snorkels, beach towels, etc). I felt very at home and will definitely stay here again if I return.

Nice light breakfast. Coffee ready to go when we need it. Huge room with full kitchen, living area, good bed, fine bathroom. Nice pool. Great location

Super friendly place in a great location. You can borrow beach chairs, coolers, beach bags, floats..Our rooms had tons of storage. We did not eat breakfast there as it opens at 8:30 and we were on the road by then. Rum punch every night was a nice touch! I will definitely stay there again.

Staff was great!!! Very personal, friendly and available. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxed getaway.

We were totally pleased with our stay at St John Inn. It was conveniently located to the boat dock, down town, two supermarkets, the taxi stand, the National Park and lots of fun restaurants. The Inn’s staff were delightful and attentive. The Continental breakfast was a perfect way to start the day and plan for the days activities.

Everything was perfect at the St. John Inn! Karen was lovely and a friendly host. The room and property was clean and welcoming, and we really appreciated the amenities they offered. The free breakfast and pool was a huge bonus! Also we loved seeing Bob and the other cats on the property. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit St. John.

Great location and wonderful staff! Karen and Dave were so helpful with restaurant recommendations, beach recommendations and Dave planned a full day road for us. The small pool was so nice to have after a hot walk back from town. Nice to have complimentary rum punch happy hour. Appreciated the free use of beach chairs, snorkel equipment, floaties ! Only thing that could be improved on was the breakfast. Would have loved some yogurt and fruit!

This hotel is like a bed & breakfast. It has 12 units scattered around the property in different buildings. The rooms are clean but dated. The breakfast could use some fruit and yogurt but there were many carb options. It was nice to be able to grab something quick. The building felt safe and private. The 5:00 free cocktail happy hour is a nice touch. The pool is clean and small and open 24 hrs. The property is set up to allow privacy if you prefer it. The staff is helpful and accommodating. Beach towels and supplies are provided and plentiful. If you forget sunscreen, bug spray, etc, they have it for you to use for free. I would recommend this property to others. This place is walkable to Cruz Bay.

Breakfast, although provided wasn't really much to write home about - bread, jam, butter, oats and apples. Really didn't mind this but I'd rather know that there is no breakfast at all. What we found really poor however was the fact that the room/bathroom were in such an unclean state
