値段が高いのは９階のＶＩＰルームだったのだが、北向きで街の中心部を向いていなかった。それで、同じ９階の西側の部屋(実際は南側）に代えてもらおうとしたらエキストラが掛かると言う。それで、６階でも良いと話したら６，５階はなく４階の南向きの部屋となった（部屋は南北向きで東西向きではなかった）。ただ階数が下がり眺望は良くなかった。（ただただ部屋から中心部の眺望の写真を撮りたいがための希望だったが、結局高い料金を払いながら普通の部屋になってしまった）。フロントのスタッフは皆若い女性だった。夕方、オシュ・バザールでショルダーバッグから観光ガイドブック(地球の歩き方・中央アジア）を盗まれた。ホテルに帰りそのことを話しすると、ツム百貨店５階の本屋とＲａｒｉｔｅｔと言う本屋が外国語の本を扱っているとのことで、閉店間際のツム百貨店に行ったが売っていなくて、翌朝Ｒａｒｉｔｅｔに行ったが日本語の辞書はあるがガイドブックはなしとのことだった。日本大使館にTelしてもらい、大使館員と話しコピーしてもらえることになった。スタッフに場所を訊くとＲａｒｉｔｅｔと同じ所を指すので、それは本屋でしょうと問い詰めた。結局正しい大使館の場所を教わったが、最初の話を信じていれば、またホテルに戻って違っていたと言わざるを得ないところだった。スタッフにとっては日本大使館の場所は初めて調べたのかも知れないが、住所から正しい場所を教えてもらわねば困る。

시내중심가에 위치하여 교통편의성이 높았으며, 야외수영장 및 휘트니스 등 편의시설은 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 조식이 하얏트라는 이름에는 좀 못미치는 부족한 것 같았습니다.

객실에 들어갔을때 오래된 묵은 냄새가 많이 났어요~오래된 호텔인듯했어요~

Stayed at this hotel during 26th August and 2nd September 2024 to attend my nephew's wedding. I found the staff to be very polite and helpful and they happily go the extra mile without the expectation of a tip. The hotel itself is situated next to Victory Square and other key visiting sights are walkable or a short taxi ride away. (BTW taxis are relatively cheap - can travel 5 or so miles for £3-4). I found the hotel clean with reasonably good facilities - enjoyed the free access to the outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and the jacuzzi after a day of shopping or sight seeing. One particular useful feature in my room was the "Jack & Jill" wardrobe - can get access from both the bathroom and from the room - so no need to take clothes to wear to the bathroom. Talking of bathrooms, in the room I stayed (#509) it was

Proper staff were excellent. Room was huge but it was very old. Had a musty smell, had to open the windows just to breathe.

I was pleased to stay at this hotel. All staffs were friendly and helpful including restaurant staffs. The condition of room was very clean and neat. I will stay again at this hotel when I visit Bishkek again. Pleasant place! I highly recommend!
