I would really like to highlight the incredible staff and customer service at this hotel. It was truly outstanding. My husband unfortunately missed his flight and urgently needed somewhere close to the airport to stay for the night. In the middle of the night we called East Gate Hotel, and they were more than happy to accommodate him at such short notice. Because he didn’t have any phone signal, I asked the staff if they could kindly inform me once he arrived safely. They did this immediately, which gave me so much peace of mind. From that moment on, they took amazing care of him — providing a comfortable room, breakfast, dinner, and even arranging a drop-off back to the airport the following day so he could catch his flight. The whole situation was extremely stressful for us as a family, as so much had happened that was completely out of our control. However, the kindness and professionalism of the hotel staff made both my husband and all of us back home feel reassured and at ease. I would recommend East Gate Hotel a million percent. My entire family has saved their details because we were all so impressed by their exceptional service. Thank you so much, East Gate Hotel. Your kindness truly made a difficult situation so much easier.

A very good value. Not far from the airport and comfortable

This was our first trip to Ghana. We had the most wonderful time. An important part of this was our stay at the Eastgate hotel. Frieda and her team could not have been more welcoming. They made us feel at home straight away and were very polite. We took the bed and breakfast option. The cooked breakfast a good start to the day and had fresh vegetables and fruits. A strong recommendation.

Excellent service!

Room was spacious and clean. The staff, Solomon was wonderful. He was friendly, helpful and made our stay at the hotel comfortable.

The place is neat; breakfast good and staff helpful. This is our third time staying and they are very good with arranging airport shuttles.

Eastgate hotel is great place to stay whiles on vacation, services was alright, worker's were very respectful, treats you with care and the food was great, but the only thing is the shower was working properly so we use a bucket to take our bath apart from that everything was great, good service.

It was excellent. Highly recommended for travellers and holiday trip. Excellent for family and young couples. Good place for honey moon and the swimming pool amd pool side bar makes it a perfect place for relaxation

This is my third time staying there. Gave them the benefit of doubt the first 2 times but nothing improved. Staff was very ride, cable was not working, bathrooms were no properly cleaned, overall terrible experience

Front desk people were very rude to me wife and true her out after I left for US even I had paid for extra day. This people are not trustworthy.

Very clean and tidy so it's nice to be there and spend time at this property but there's no shuttle bus service as it said on website.

It's very clean and happy to stay but there was no shuttle bus to the airport has it looks on website so that's fustrated. I was thinking we have a shuttle bus service to airport as mentioned. No happy about that. Thank you

The place is quiet and serene however they can improve and give it a newer look.
