ロケーションは抜群だか施設が古いため残念。お風呂などちょっとカバっぽい感で虫もいた。部屋は抜きで他のパブリックスペースは南国らしいいい感じの雰囲気ではあった。

ラロトンガ島では、本格的なリゾートホテルと言われているが、宿泊料金だけは本格的ですが、設備やサービスは全く伴っておらず、十数年振りに本当にがっかりさせられたホテルでした。 まず初めに、ドアが雑居ビルの通用口のような入口で、そこでリゾート気分がすっかりなくなります。 バスルームなど水回り関連は、照明が暗く大変古びていて、できることなら入りたくない空間で、おまけに、毎晩ゴキブリなどの虫が数匹出没します。 このホテルの唯一のセールスポイントは、ムリビーチに面していることだけです。 食事は美味しくないとの口コミですが、アラカルトメニューは、普通に食べられます。 総合的にコストパフォーマンスが非常悪く、他のホテルが予約出来ないケースにしか、お勧めできません。 二度と宿泊することはありえません。

アクアヴィラに宿泊しました。ビーチの目の前で部屋の場所は最高でした。そこは文句なしです。現地ポリネシア系のスタッフの感じはすごく良かったです。マリン系グッズの貸し出しスタッフの笑顔でのサービスは気持ち良かったです。しかし、しかし、ハウスキーピングと一部の白人スタッフのサービスレベルに問題あり。ティッシュやトイレットペーパーの補給がされなかったり、なんかタオルが臭いときがあったり。また、バーの白人スタッフの態度は最悪で恐らくアジア系は差別してると思いますね。せっかくの素敵なホテルなのに、これらいくつかの点が残念だったので、次回来るときは別のホテルにすると思います。

Wonderful place to stay, lovely staff and a professionally run resort. Will defintiely be back!

The room was very clean but all amenities were not replenished even when asked. The staff were wonderful especially at both restaurants. The food was delicious - lunch & dinner menus could be more varied. The beach/lagoon were fabulous. Very relaxing stay after a hectic tour of Australia & NZ.

What an incredible piece of paradise. All the staff were so friendly and always happy to help. Everything was clean and well kept. I highly recommend a massage!

Nice breakfast. Loved our beachfront room. Also really appreciated the washer/dryer facilities. Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional. The staff could not have been more friendly. We will be back

Amazing location, fantastic service

From the organization of airport transfers to the unbeatable location just about everything was memorable about our stay. Staff were excellent in their responses to all our queries. The island buses are a bonus as a convenient tour and shopping experience. One personal issue is that our bed was a little on the soft side compared to what we are used to.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Pacific Resort Rarotonga. It is in a great location on the beach and the rooms are spacious with large bathrooms. All staff were incredibly friendly. We ate dinner at Sandals every night and enjoyed the food. We would definitely stay here again.

I liked the gardens and how they created a sense of tranquility and privacy but the prices for the food and drink were a bit steep
