1週間滞在してシーツが取り替えられなかったことが引っかかった。 それ以外は、温水シャワーも出るし、食事もアトラクションもよかったと思う。何もせずにのんびりと滞在するのには良いと思う。

庭にある建物の2階でした。Wi-Fiがブルースカイフロントに近い所しかアンテナ無いみたいです。部屋からは繋がらない。朝食は付いていたけど温かいのが無くてパンと果物飲み物位だから、朝食無くても良いかもです。スタッフは普通でした。夕食は部屋て持参した日本食にしました。バーでは地元のダンサーがフラダンス？をしていました。夕食取らなくても立って見ている人もいましたから、私も同じ様に拝見しました。日本語版の案内も、部屋にありましたから日本人も泊まるんでしょう。普通に良いホテルです。

Fantastic place for families. Highly recommend if you can afford it staying at three bedroom villas- big space and awesome views with aircon.. definitely worth it for family three or four kids. Compared to other resorts which didn’t offer as much space. Babysitting etc all organised by resort with no issues at all. It is a busy resort but they cope with everyone so well. Neat views and well kept grounds. Thanks for the stay!!

No adult swimming Pool. (Noisy/ children jumpin in.(Wouldnt want to stop this, but not suitable for older Guests) Steps down to beach harder for older Guests Breakfast not as good as last visit. (Prefer cheaper accom and no breakfast) Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. top marks for them. No parking near unit (we are 82,85) TV at night not advertising programs, no news channels. available.

Great location and nice facilities. Quality food and good service

Did not like that I booked a 'superior' ground floor room and on arrival was being shown to a 2nd floor room. My travel companion could not handle the two flights of steps and on return to reception they were not able to find an available room to match our booking. Ended up in a 1st floor room which I would never have booked. We were there for 12 days so breakfast swiftly became boring. Very basic fare. The restaurant food is generally poor. I had one delicious meal during our stay, a noodle stir fry dish that was not on the regular menu. The $60 bbq dinner was salad, ribs and sausage with the other protein (chicken and tuna) dry and overcooked. The cultural dinner and show was good and all the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Great that the buses come down the drive to reception. Car parking is a long walk if your room is over the other side of the complex. My second time staying at Edgewater. I'll definitely return to beautiful Rarotonga but I won't be staying at Edgewater again.

Friendly staff. Great food. Entertainment excellent and professional. Clean apartments with everything you need. Great ocean views. Would absolutely recommend to other people.

We enjoyed our second stay at the Edgewater this week. We love the relaxed vibe, the great location close to town, and in particular we love the beachfront rooms. The resort itself is a little tired in some areas and the rooms are pretty basic, but the price point is fair in taking this into account. The one real problem we had this time round was the sewage smell each morning behind the beachfront blocks. This was really off putting!

The room was a missing some small things which would have made the room much more functional such as a shower curtain so you didnt flood the bathroom when showering and a rail to hang towels. We also had trouble with fuses blowing. The resort itself is in a beautiful location and plenty of activities for the kids etc.

Some staff were amazing, the activities staff were excellent, the house keeping staff were excellent, however the restaurant and bar staff seemed disinterested and overworked, far too many tables for the staff to know who needs serving or orders taken, we arrived at 5.50 to get a drink within the happy hour time limits, were told to take a seat as it was table service only, by 6.50 no one had come near, had to go and grab someone to take our order, food was generally not very nice, apart from the seafood barbeque, we had the pasta marinara which was delicious.

On on June 1st the internet at the Edgewater went down yet they kept making sales for beverages and food and when people could nut osy with their credit cards due to the Internet issue the front desk began to tell customers to retrieve money from the atm. I was nut able to get money out of the atm with my credit card so the front desk atteykrpt going back and forth with me instead asking me the same thing and me responding to her that I couldn't get money out of the atm instead of coming up with a solution
