部屋は古くカビ臭い。エアコンは効かない。エレベータは動いたり止まったり。カジノのレストランは現金しか使えないなど非常に不快な滞在であった。

ビジネス街のあるプラトー地区からラグーンを挟んで車で15分程度。大使館などが多いCocodyと呼ばれるエリアに隣接している。現地の方に聞いても、アビジャンで一番良いホテルと言えばここだそうだ。敷地は大変広く、高層棟と低層棟で構成。ランクの低い部屋は高層になるらしい。部屋は程よく広くイメージ通りに整っていたが、空調がうるさかった。景色は素晴らしかったが高い料金設定などからすれば特筆するようなものはなかった。

I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you actually want to get some sleep. The tower block which is in desperate need of renovation is terrible. I should only have a three star rating. The staff in this hotel are rude and ignorant and at times racist. The air-conditioning sounds like it’s on even when it is off which causes a horrific noise during the night and the double glazing on the balcony doors has seem better days and keeps out no noise whatsoever.

Upon check-in I was given a room that wasn’t the one I had paid for, when I complained the staff told me that it was valentines weekend so they are very busy, after a while they agreed to move me. I got food poisoning from a room service club sandwich and was very ill for 4 days. The hotel room air con was very noisy and didn’t work very well. The room only had hot water when you left the bath tap and sink tap on for over 5 minutes. The room was only on the 8th floor so this was very odd. I complained about this twice. Overall the hotel room was very worn and the bed I had wasn’t very comfortable. I also found it very odd that I was given a wristband and charged for having a pool lounger with a towel in a 4/5 star hotel! To be fair though the majority of the staff are extremely friendly and nice.

This was the first experience I’ve ever had. I would have expected more from the Sofitel brand, but honestly this was such a testable experience I will never patronize them ever.

Le gym est vraiment petit avec peu de choix. Le restaurant ferme pendant des heures pendant la journee. Les prix sont tres chers en comparant avec la qualite, je parle prix de tout, hebergement, manger, boisson....

Oui Malheureusement les télé dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas

Had to change 3 times room, 1. No airco, 2. Door could not close properly, 3. Decided to pay extra and got an upgraded room and cpuld sleep with airco but no warm water. Supposed to be 5stars, at tye rates charged. Is just poorly run with people who are not interested to help you. I am a platinum member with accor, di could care less.

The rooms were excellent, clean, and tastefully furnished. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The food at the restaurants were outstanding! Overall, it was a superb experience, and will surely stay here again if my trip passes through Abidjan again, and will undoubtedly recommend this facility to anyone.
