This hotel was excelent. The room was modern and gorgeous. Complimentary wine tasted very nice. I syated here in December, so there were a few guests that also attributed to nice and calm atmosphere. If I had another opportunity to visit Bermuda again, I will definitely stay this hotel again.

Great location to Hamilton. The staff at the Loren is fantastic. Both Seth and Earlston were great along with the staff at the pink beach club.

The King Terrace room was spectacular, the view incredible. The water beside the bed in my room was a very nice touch and the staff are so pleasant and they aim to please! I will be returning back very soon! 5star experience.

The Loren is fantastic...........the staff are all amazing and friendly.........the room we had was beautiful with a fantastic ocean view and amazing balcony.......the restaurant was also amazing - we mostly ate breakfast here but also had two dinners and the food was amazing. Cant say enough good things about this hotel - we will definitely be back for another stay! it truly is a first class hotel!!

Great customer service

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were polite.

We were on the 1st floor/ground with a lovely patio, outdoor seating. The only problem was 1 evening they had an art event we were not informed about, very loud music till 11pm. The Hotel did compensate us 150.00 per room credit.

First off, the rooms at The Loren are large, beautifully appointed, and the bathrooms spacious and well lit. The ocean views from the 2nd floor rooms are as good as promised - we stayed in the main building and the waves crashing on the beach were literally 20 feet away. The main cocktail bar is a bit of a disappointment; it felt like it was an afterthought by the architect. It's tucked away in a corner on a floor below reception and above the restaurant. Sadly, it's not an inviting location to have a drink. The front desk crew are pleasant and willing to help but they seemed ill trained and uncertain as to what to do when we asked for assistance with a couple of issues. One simple task that never made it to the right person - despite being written down and passed along - was booking a taxi for our trip to the airport the next day. We had learned to double check on requests run thru the front desk... and sure enough the bellman was never informed of our "confirmed" request for a taxi. Note - we stayed in room 203, in the main building. The penthouse is above this and the other rooms on the floor. There was a family with young children staying there for our last 2 nights, and every morning, afternoon, and early evening it sounded like a herd of elephants had been set free. If you get assigned a 2nd floor suite in this section make sure to inquire about who, if anyone, is staying in the penthouse. Please, no kids.

Beautiful property, delicious food.

This is a beautiful contemporary property on a stunning bit of the Bermuda coast. The staff team here make the stay- polite, friendly, impeccably professional and personable. The rooms are well designed, spacious and spotlessly clean. We loved the restaurant here. The variety and quality of the dishes is of the highest level, served with pride and an obvious passion for excellence. Bermuda is not cheap, but you definitely get value for money at this 5star establishment.

Great property and friendly staff

Lovely property for relaxing. Not close to things so have to rely on buses (easy but slow) or taxis (expensive and still slow) to get to sightseeing. If you don’t need the sights and are just coming for beach, it’s perfect.

I don’t often leave reviews—perhaps because life gets too busy—but I’m making the time now because The Loren deserves it. This hotel is a true vacation pearl among hotels. Not only was this our first visit to Bermuda, which we absolutely loved—an island that is sophisticated, artsy, and home to beautiful people who are kind, educated, and welcoming—but The Loren itself was simply exceptional. From its stunning architecture to its carefully curated art, every detail of the hotel feels thoughtfully designed. The delicious food, the private beach, and, most importantly, the personal attention from every single staff member made our stay unforgettable. Whether it was the bartender, the manager, the cleaning lady, or the receptionist, every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive. We’ll definitely be back—and it’s only a two-hour flight from NJ! Whether you’re looking for a family getaway, a romantic escape with your partner, or a quiet retreat to work, think, or enjoy a good book, The Loren is the perfect place. Highly recommend!
