最低の部屋 ホテル自体が部屋の点検もしないのか。 コンセントは有っても使えるコンセントが無い。 バスタブの湯はぬけない、 私が３泊友人２人が7泊同じ事を言ってる。

コロナ対策も十分に取られて、朝食から喫茶、夕食レストランまで、サービスの行き届いたホテルでした。ホテルへのリクエストもWhatsAppを利用して、連絡から対応までスムーズに実行してもらえて、居心地が良かったです。

SMOKING ROOMを予約していたにもかかわらず、すでに喫煙室は満室であるといわれ、また宿泊者の希望を組んで対応してもらえなかった。

セキュリティーがきちんとしており安心できる。室内も清潔に保たれており申し分ない。何かこだわった点もないが官庁・ビジネス地区にあるためビジネス利用には向いている。

朝食のパン類が、日本にいるのと変わらないぐらい美味しい。 朝食は　全体的に美味しかった。

I was informed upon arrival that they had overbooked and I had to stay in a different hotel for the first night. The hotel I was put it in was very poor quality.

Great service in a great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Movenpick, Accra. The room was immaculate, as was the hotel in general. Breakfast was a wide variety to choose from to suit every palate! The best thing about our stay was the wonderful staff, warm, friendly, professional and were so helpful at any request. When next in Accra, we would definitely come back!

The staff, especially at the bar, were amazing. However they have mice in the lobby that the manager denied instead of assisting. Central location but perhaps a boutique more quaint hotel would be better.

Room were clean. Customer service was decent. One downfall is persons talking in their native and dnt think you understand but that's mostly everywhere. Something were over priced in the hotel. But manageable.

There was construction happened for my entire stay. I complained numerous times. I called the front desk, no manager came to talk to me. I called Expedia and someone from your management lied and said that I was notified about the construction upon arrival. Then days later I received a bottle of wine and some pastries with an apology note 2 days before check out . I spent $2500 to be disturbed ever morning 10am accra time, 5am my time back home.
