Good!

某映画を見たので 滞在が感傷深いものになった。

排水口から臭った。 部屋は広く綺麗にしてあった。

映画「ホテル・ルワンダ」の舞台となっただけあり、そう考えると趣がありました。が、設備レベルとしては普通。ルワンダであることを考えると「よい」に分類されると思います。シャワーの勢いと排水が流れにくいことを除けば、周辺地域の治安もよく（キガリ自体が他国と比べ治安良好ですが）過ごし易い印象です。白人の宿泊客が多く、日本人も見受けられました。

コーヒーセットは無料だが、注文しないと出てこない。ジムの設備は古い。従業員はチップを物欲しげな顔で待つ、など。プールほかの施設は素晴らしいが、残念な点も見られるので当評価。

Beautiful scenery. Rooms with air conditioning. Most are wonderful. However I smelled from the washbasin when I let water flow.

サービス、ホスピタリティは満足だが、全体的に老朽感は否めない。 Wifi、室内の灯り、コンセントは改善してほしい。

スタッフ皆さん清潔で、爽やかな対応でした。 朝食ビュッフェ、美味しく頂きました。 冷蔵庫が無かったのが残念です。 シャワー風呂、あまり熱くならないので、物足りない感じ。

老舗のホテルらしく、サービスは良いのですが、いかんせん施設が古く、部屋にドライヤーも無いので、その点はマイナスです。

Excellent service, Lovely hotel with good food. Breakfast buffet and Sunday brunch is great and the Thursday night cultural show is wonderful! Felt like home.

Insgesamt gut, wir waren aufgrund der Geschichte des Hotels dort. Die Zimmer sind SEHR schlicht und in die Jahre gekommen, bestenfalls 3 Sterne dafür. Restaurant, Pool und Co waren super.

Historical property with poor room condition

I had an excellent stay at this historic hotel. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bar and restaurant were also very good. Great views over the surrounding area and within east walking distance of the city center. I would thoroughly recommend!

This place was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond to serve you. The food at the breakfast was enough to last us the day.

From being picked up at Kigali airport, to arriving at the hotel and each day thereafter it only got better! Christian was amazing at check in. Bernard, Yves, Claudette, Collins, Arnaud and Bien Fait mase each day amazing from their warm greetings and smiles each day to their suggestions for sights to visit! Thank you so much!

The Bar was well-stocked, the team was professional and friendly, and the Fresh Fruit Juice variety was outstanding! Annnnd Drum roll...The Live Thursday Gospel Live Music, those lads were amazing, with each song they sang touched me, and I really felt at home.
