カテドラルなどの中心街にも近く、治安にも問題もなく、快適に過ごせた。建物は古いがうまくリノベーションされている。特に朝食のビュッフェを取る、三階のレストランからのクエンカの街の眺望は素晴らしかった。ホテルの人々は親切で、フレンドリー。また利用したくなるホテルだ

The staff went out of their way to help. The restaurant was the best food in Cuenca and very inexpensive.

The staff were great. The property is well maintained. We stayed in the efficiency rooms and not the more charming rooms in the main building, but it was nice to have the extra room and kitchenette. It was reasonably priced and a convenient place from which to explore Quito.

Great beautiful rooms

Beautiful boutique hotel in central Cuenca. I love the decorations and the staff was helpful and kind. Very clean. Comfortable mattress. Breakfast is good. My only recommendation is for light sleepers. If that is you, bring some kind of white noise machine or fan. The walls are somewhat thin and the street noice can reverberate. I have such a machine (small one) that I carry when I travel and ear plugs. I needed both and those were sufficient for me to get some sleep.

El desayuno podría mejorar, estuvo fría la comida. El personal, muy bien, siempre presto a ayudar. Al ser un hotel colonial, se escucha el caminar de los huéspedes y eso incomoda (puntualmente en este hotel) Muy buena ubicación.

Los Balcones is a beautiful colonial mansion turned boutique hotel. What a wonderful find in downtown Cuenca.

Los Balcones is a great place to stay while traveling in Cuenca - location is perfect & staff are friendly. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment & found it to be very comfortable during our 5 nights

Beautiful, rustic hotel that is conveniently located from Parque Calderon (5 min walk). Staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast included fresh fruit, daily made fruit juice.

Reservamos una habitación con dos camas y balcón, la habitación esta en la parte antigua del hotel por lo que la vibracion de los autobuses en la calle dificulta un poco en descanso pero en general la ubicación del hotel es optima para conocer la ciudad de Cuenca a pie.

El hotel esta ubicado en el casco viejo de la ciudad lo que es muy conveniente para movilizarse a pie.El desayuno delicioso y variado, reservamos un departamento bien equipado.
