Staff helpful, extra friendly but installation facilities are not from a 5-star hotel, maybe a 2–3-star hotel. Telephone broke in room, hot water takes 5-10 minutes, the bed was so hard and low, very uncomfortable. I don't recommend staying here but to try the coffee, it was good.

The overnight guy and the grill in the morning at the front desk both were very kind and helpful and quick. The people at the restaurant they said hello but they did not ask me if I wanted any further service although they did prepare some fruit for me, which was nice of them that I had brought from my daughter and it was about to go bad so that was a special perk. They went out of the way to help me at the restaurant so I appreciate that on the other hand it’s a very nice hotel very pretty high-quality furnishing. It’s just a little bit dated it needs for example upgrades in the bathroom. I would say I would give it like a seven out of 10, but it’s beautiful yes and clean, yes I did not walk around the area so I don’t know how the neighborhood was but besides that it’s good for an overnight state that I wouldn’t say for an extended stay no the pool was available with my daughter was happy for that, but it was cold and the Jacuzzi was also empty which I expected to be full and hot but besides that everything was fine.

Did not get in the pool

I booked this hotel because it has an indoor pool and hot tub, which is very rare in Ecuador. The hot tub was fine, but the pool was not heated and ice cold. Did not see a single person using it the whole stay. The pool is more for show than anything else

Lots of conventions, noise until 2am every night we where there. No cable, Netflix or Prime. We told them but just said that they were working on it. Room was very nice and clean. Few staff were friendly.

The room was clean and everyone was courteous and helpful.

We didn't use the pool. The breakfast was fresh but could have had more variety.

Muy ruidoso, difícil descansar cuando se oye tanto el sonido de fiestas, mariachis y hay un sonido constante como de una máquina lavadora todas horas.

Good option in the middle of the city

Staff was helpful and friendly.

The quality of the breakfast wasn’t the best, especially, with the coffee, tamal lojano. The hot food was lukewarm. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy. The hotel was well located, nice and had good amenities. The back part was noisy with the events during the weekend.

Beautiful hotel with immaculate facility, very nice traditional decor. Great lobby and a grand staircase. Great breakfast bar and a decent weight room.

Excellent location. The restaurant was great! The room was a bit hot.
