The hotel is quite old but very clean and safe. Location was good. Few ATMs are located beside hotel.

ラパスの観光地の真ん中に位置して 観光、及び、買い物にとても便利です。

◼︎良かった点 ・街の中心地に近く、観光しやすい。 ・スタッフの対応が丁寧で良い。(チェックイン時の説明、入り口にガードマンがいる) ・朝食が早くからやっている。 ・サービスのペットボトルが大きかった。 ◼︎悪い点 ・シャワーの温度が安定せず、熱湯と冷水が交互に出るので、注意が必要。 ・滞在中に備え付けのドライヤーが発火。 ・全体的に設備が古く、埃っぽい。

立地は最高で、サンフランシスコ教会は目の前にあり、徒歩でいろいろ観光できます。リビング付き、２バスルームのお部屋にアップグレードしていただき、窓口から毎日ラパスの素敵な夜景が観れます。コロナウィルス関連でいろいろホテルから可能なサポートも頂き、素敵な滞在でした。

サガルナガド織りなど行きたいところに近くて便利です。

This is a good, solid, clean, well-run hotel at the level of 3 or 4 stars. It presents itself as a FIVE-star hotel, however, and that is "false advertising." It lacks air conditioning, for instance, and thus exposes guests to the heat that the intense high-altitude sun produces in North-facing rooms. Moreover, it clearly shows its age; no signs of recent upgrades. Thus, it is clearly not a top, luxury hotel & does not deserve 5 stars. 3 or maybe 4 stars -- that is its level.

새벽 4시쯤 도착했는데 체크인이 가능했어요. 또한 좀 늦게 체크아웃해도 되냐고 물어봤더니 오후 4시에 체크아웃해도 되는 걸로 연장해 주셨어요. 저는 우유니를 다녀오기 때문에 짐을 이틀이나 맡겨 놓았는데 무료로 맡아 주셨어요. 체크아웃 이후에도, 당일 10시 버스라 저녁 식사 후 버스 탈 때까지 시간이 3시간 정도 남았었는데 호텔 로비에서 짐도 다시 꾸리고 충전도 하고 인터넷도 사용하면서 따뜻하게 시간을 보낼 수가 있어서 다행이었어요. 다녀와서는 아침 8시쯤이었는데, 하루 더 묵겠다고 하니까. 이른 체크인을 해주셨어요. 덕분에 우유니에서의 피곤함을 풀 수가 있었고 편하게 하루 쉬고 다음 여정을 시작할 수 있었답니다.

Staff was really helpful and solved all our issues and questions. We liked warm water in the swimming pool. Nice restaurant for lunch and dinner.

The hotel has an old world charm that belies its long history as one of the city’s finest. Located just a block off La Paz’s main drag, el Prado, it is close to restaurants, bars, shopping and myriad forms of transportation. The best thing about the hotel, though, is the the sterling staff who treat each guest as though they were a foreign dignitary. There are newer, glitzier hotels in the city, but nine they have such a wonderful staff. I highly recommend it.

Not enough toiletries and electrical problems with sparks when putting in adapter to charge phone. Also the hotel decor was wayyyyy outdated the doors were very bad.
