ホテルの雰囲気がいいです。朝食もたくさんあり楽しめます。部屋にバスタブがあり日本人にはありがたいです。ただ、洗面エリアの窓には鍵がないのでセキュリティー的には心配です。中庭でタバコが吸えるので、誰かが中庭でタバコを吸うと室内にタバコの臭いが充満します。近くにスーパーマーケットがあり便利です。

歴史地区の中にあり、歴史ある建物を利用しているが、内部はモダンで快適な作りになっている。全体的に見て悪い所がない。この価格でこれだけの質のサービスを提供できるのはボリビアだからなのかと思う。朝食が充実しているのも評価する。次にスクレに行く際は、また、利用したい。

Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Bra frukostbuffé. Charmig hotell, fina gemensamma utrymmen. Vi var tre personer och fick ett stort hotellrum under vår vistelse, dock lite lyhört.

Habitación amplia, cama grande y cómoda, baño renovado. Muy bien la amabilidad del personal. Como pero nos tocó una habitación que daba a la calle principal y se escucha ruido y tráfico mucho tiempo. Los desayunos están bien pero algo justos, van reponiendo en pocas cantidades y se agitan en cuestión de segundos si hay mucha gente. Igualmente me volvería alojar aquí. Su ubicación también es excelente

The hotel is very pretty from the interior courtyard. It offers beautiful views when you are out on the sitting area of which there are several. However, the rooms are not very comfortable. Stuffy, no fan and certainly no heat or air-conditioning. You have to open a window which lets in mosquitoes if you are hot. Also, the decor in the room is something straight out of the 1800s but not in a nice way, rather spooky. However, the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant and the location is excellent. Price is very good as it should be for a hotel that is very basic. I’m pretty sure there’s nothing in the city that is any more plush for lack of better words so you might as well stay here.

This hotel is so beautiful! The building is so well taken care of, it is hard to believe it is over 300 years old. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, there was nothing that was too much for them. The breakfast was good, but a bit of variety might be nice.

Das Hotel ist in einem kolonialen Gebäude, aber alle Badezimmer sind brandneu. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl.

Hotel maravilhoso, limpo e lindo. Excelente localização. É possível ir aos principais pontos turísticos a pé. O café da manhã é bem servido. Os funcionários muito prestativos. Tipo aquele hotel afetivo, que voltaria sempre.

Hotel de Su Merced is a beautiful hotel throughout! The courtyard and each floor's multiple terraces all have great views. The whole hotel feels like a garden house, and it's well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. Also the hotel is very well located, convenient walking distances to many attractions, museums and restaurants. The front desk guy Edwin was super friendly and all the restaurants he recommended were delicious with charming ambiances. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Sucre in the future. And highly recommend it to people who visit Sucre!

Je mettrai 6 étoiles si je pouvais le faire. L’hôtel est propre, les chambres très confortables, le petit déjeuner est très bon. Un merci tout particulier au personnel de l’hôtel qui est absolument adorable. Ils ont TOUT fait pour nous faciliter la vie, ils sont d’une efficacité et d’une gentillesse sans nom. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100% sans aucune hésitation. Tout était parfait.

The fellow who welcomed us at the front desk was so nice and so helpful. He spoke very good English and we could ask him anything. Our room was wonderful and big and bright and clean. Comfortable beds and we had a fridge as well. Lots of nice seating areas to relax in around the hotel courtyard. The breakfast was very good and the staff was courteous and friendly. Close to lots of restaurants and the main square.
