Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Trincity! The free airport shuttle was a lifesaver, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the location near the mall was a bonus. Perfect spot for a quick stopover—I'd definitely stay again!

The staff is very professional and caring and the general facility is acceptable. However , can you consider loaning towels for the beach. My one disappointment is the road conditions just outside the hotel. The potholes are so large and numerous that the cars cannot evade them. In fact my driver had a flat tire on account of driving into one of the holes. He did not see it. The front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Overall my experience was positive and relaxing. I would stay there again. The hotel and my room was clean. I felt safe and appreciated having the hotel shuttle from the airport and to Trinity Mall. It was a relief not having to worry about arranging safe reliable transport as we did not have a car and were not comfortable renting a car to drive down there. The hotel location was cloes to various eating options. The print out the hotel provided with food places near the hotel including the website, approximately how long it would take to walk there, and instructions of what info to provide when ordering in was very helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious, fulling and did not disappoint. Lots of options to choose from like your typical like classic eggs, bacon, pastries cereal to local cuisines of the country like fried bake. Lots of options including fruit. The staff was pleasant and attentive both the breakfast, houeskeeping, & front desk staff to the gurad patrolling the grounds.Thank you to all the staff for all they do on the frontline. It shows eveyone cares and wants guest to have pleasant experience.

Excellent stay, awesome room and facilities. Extremely clean and friendly personnel. Rooms are very confirtable with all required for bussines trip. This hotel is in the top rank in the caribbean.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. While there isn't a restaurant on-site, there are several fast food options within walking distance, and many of them offer delivery, which made meals easy and convenient. One of the standout features was the complimentary shuttle service — it runs frequently to both the airport and the nearby mall, which was super helpful for getting around without a car. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. I’d definitely consider staying here again!
