明るく々した部屋での朝食が素晴らしい。種類も豊富で3泊では全部味訳ないほど。朝からスパークリングワインまであり、優雅な気分を味わえました。 立地もとてもよく、買い物にも歩き回るのにも便利でした。

朝食の時のピアノ生演奏が素晴らしいと感じた。　特に女のピアノ演奏者がなかなか凄い！

In walking distance of everything in Tblisi. Lots of places nearby for dining options. Indoor pool and sauna were nice as well.

Not five star, it’s all

5 star hotel! The best experience we ever had! The staff was so nice and accommodating, the room was impeccable and the amenities were top notch. A real 5 star experience. Really hope to come back soon!

No veg food

The staff at the hotel promised many things but never actually did what they said. It is spring time so the rooms were very warm and we requested for the AC to turned on. Initially they argued that the AC is on but when I asked them why it is blowing hot air, they said that the entire hotel is on heating system for winter and the AC is not on yet. It would have been fine to open the windows as it was cool outside but the hotel is on the main road so it is impossible to sleep due to the noise if the windows are open. We asked for alternate rooms and thinner blankets, however they would promise to have a solution by the time we came back from our tours in the evening. Day after day passed till we left and absolutely nothing was done. They didn't care about a negative review.

Very nice hotel. Excellent location and the staff was really pleasant and good. The kind way we were treated shows the best of Georgian hospitality. Definitely the choice when visiting Tbilisi again.
