1泊しかしませんでしたが快適に過ごせました。 唯一残念だったのはシャワーの水圧がとても低かったことです。 それ以外は満足です。

I used this hotel two nights. One night Staffs were nice and friendly.

サファリ旅行の前泊で自己手配しました。便利なエリアでシティマーケットにも近い。部屋はやや狭いですが清潔感はありエアコンもあります。スタッフはフレンドリーです。 朝御飯も美味しかった。

コストパフォーマンスはとても良かったと思います。水回りが調子が悪かったのが残念でしたが、それ以外は特に問題ありませんでした。

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, there is a swimming pool and a gym, also a SPA to relax. There is plenty of space to people to relax and chat with friends. Breakfast is good. The location is very convenient in the city center. I would stay here again.

Concierge Patrick and Robert were amazing... they ensured we got good rooms and went extra length to make us comfortable..

Rooms are comfortable, staff are lovely. Breakfast (that’s included) is wonderful with a lot of selection.

The air-conditioning is working but won't go lower than 22 degrees. The maintenance guy said he'll be back to fix the shower head but never did. Other than that, everything was great, Felt safe even with a protest going on outside.

From the moment a guest drives up to the hotel, there is attention given to safety and comfort. The staff at this hotel works hard to provide a safe, clean, comfortable, environment meeting any need for the guest. This hotel has been my top choice in Nairobi since 2021 and I have grown to love the staff.

Das perfekte Hotel für die Besichtigung Nairobis Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Rooftoppool perfekt und das Hotel hat alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Stadthotels, sehr sicher und für alles gut beraten. Gute Ausgangsmöglichkeiten für Busse und Bahnen und Shopping. Essen rund um das Hotel und auch im Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal. Kofferaufbewahrung, wenn man zu Safaris aufbricht. Alles perfekt

Die Zimmer waren sauber und es gab zu jeder Tages-und Nachtzeit Strom und heißes Wasser. Tolle Badezimmer. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. In der Umgebung gab es viele tolle Orte für Sightseeing, Souvenirs, traditionelles Essen und Ruheoasen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft. Ein perfektes Hotel für das Anschauen von Nairobi, dem Forest Karura und als Ausgangs-und Endpunkt einer Safari.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Zimmerreinigung mangelhaft, Schimmel im Bad. Frühstücksqualität schlecht. Zentral gelegen, jedoch in gefährlicher Zone. Zimmer hellhörig. Matratze schlecht.

The staff was very kind to help me get some medicine delivered. We did not have MPESA, which is like a requirement for anything in Kenya, and so many businesses don't take cash.
