Great and safe place overall! Great breakfast

Väldigt nergångna rum och väldigt smutsigt, dålig frukost och dyr mat. Ända fördelen är att det är centralt!

I liked the location , the service and the staff attitude towards guest was kind, courteous and pleasant. Other Amenities lie shopping malls and restaurants are at a distance . There is always traffic in Kampala. However nothing the hotel can do. This is government and state infrastructure.

Very good service and friendly personal. Very green and quiet area. Good food but breakfast could be better. When you need something they fix it fast. That’s I call a good service. I definitely come back again.

Only one towel in room, AC stopped working, and TV had no channels - but the staff did their best to rectify these things within 24 hours. Once working, TV channels were few. Restaurant menu is very limited and the size of the writing on the menu is so small it’s almost impossible to read it. Staff were great. I just think budget cuts on things like tv, good internet access and menu range has reduced the quality of the hotel. Before Covid it was much better. I hope it improves.

Stay was good. No TV working though which was disappointing. One towel in room, even though 2 guests checked in. Had to ask each day for a second towel. Restaurant Menu is limited. Service was a little lazy. Bed comfortable. Room very clean.

Staff sleep in rooms.. my guests complained room was dirty and hotel management wanted a quick fix to of the room for new guests to occupy the room. Very unprofessional

Loved the place, very peaceful and that staff was very helpful and friendly. Family friendly on weekends with the floating devices and jump tower.

Staff very helpful. Food was excellent. Only a few tv channels which was a tad disappointing

The morning buffet is not good, as they don’t have much things on their buffet cart. Inside your room also you can hear what’s happening in the next room, as that much sound disturbance is in night time.

Useful hotel for Kampala . Quiet, clean and comfortable. Shiwing sign of wear. Staff could be a little more attentive. Disappointed that pool was not functioning - guests should be told as that is one of the benefits.

It was nice. Would be much more better if they serve weekend breakfast in the same way as the weekdays. Bathroom was very clean, too.

When I got to Dolphin suites I was told that they were fully booked and would move me to another hotel of similar quality. The hotel they booked me into did not even serve breakfast .

I don't know how it is possible this property had such a good rating. overwhelming smell of urine, small bed, not clean, noisy

It was a very nice hotel. I was enjoying there every day. Wonderful personal with good service and always with smile. Good food and you never wait too long to get it.

Nice property. Quiet. Need to have own transport or be willing to walk and catch a motorcycle taxi. Service at breakfast and lunch was a little lacking. Noise between rooms was bad. I woke up at 5am two days because of the snoring in the room next to me. One balcony is for two rooms so they are not private. Solid three star.

This is a wonderful place. Everything was great except slow wifi even though this level of internet speed must be better than most hotels in uganda.
