冷蔵庫に鍵がかかって使えなかった

ベランダのガラス戸のロックが壊れていた。隣室とは距離があったので侵入されるリスクは小さいと思ったが、それにしてもガラス戸のロックくらいはちゃんとしていて欲しい。わずか2泊だったこともあり、ホテルには通告しなかった。湯沸かし器や、パソコン電源コンセントが冷蔵庫の裏に隠れており、差し込むのに大変苦労した。デスクでPC作業を行う人も多いと思われるので、コンセント程度は簡単な場所に用意されるべきである。また、朝食の質が低い。果物は甘くなく、ヨーグルトはまろやかでなく、デーツ、レーズンなど、ドライフルーツもおいていない。

セキュリティもしっかりしていて、便利で客室数も多かったです。 ロビーではエチオピアのコーヒーセレモニーも楽しめます。（有料） NHKも見れましたし、ジムの設備が充実していて良かったです。

ALL STAFF WERE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. WHEN I WAS IN KNEE PAIN, THEY WERE SO GOOD TO HELP ME TO MY ROOM, BRING MY BREAKFAST TO MY ROOM, A WHEELCHAIR AND TRANSPORT TO MY DOCTOR. GREAT JOB!!

Five Star Hotel with no TV. The location is good and the staffs are friendly.

Overall, a decent place to stay in, especially for the price. First booked it online for two nights, then extended my stay for three more at the site, after cancelling my Sheraton Hotel reservation. The breakfast buffet was great - something for everybody’s liking. Did’t get a chance to have lunch and dinner at the same restaurant. However, I had lunch at their Cultural Restaurant and it was amazing. The setup, the artwork, the appeal is unforgettable. Ordered Kitfo for lunch and it was top-notch. Very good gym and pool - nothing to complain about. Haven’t been to the spa yet. Planning to go this afternoon. The staff was second to none. Any minor issues that I had, that are not worth mentioning here, were addressed promptly and professionally.

Overrated property I checked in got in the room TV was not working. I called the front desk about it. They didn’t fix it for two days and the air conditioner did not work in the room.

Had an amazing stay at Capital as usual.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, which I chose somewhat by chance as it was the first option available during my online booking. I later noticed that it had garnered positive feedback from many other customers, which reassured me about my choice. The quality-to-cost ratio was reasonable, and, as is often the case in Addis Ababa, the staff were friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist. While I appreciated my overall experience, I felt that the room facilities did not quite meet the expectations set by the hotel's advertised 5-star rating. There is room for improvement in this regard to better align with the standards typically associated with such a rating.

Staff amazing. Gym, pool, hair salon all very good. Unfortunately the hotel building is in need of updating it has everything you want but its old and feels neglected.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful

The hotel is on a busy road and not particularly well laid out but any short comings are made up by the very friendly staff particularly Selamawit Minase and her colleague Sisay who were a credit to the hotel.
