Que deben darle mantenimiento ya a las habitaciones, unas tenían humedad en techo la 109, otra tenía un olor a humedad fuerte y ruido de la calle

The staff was great in answering questions. Very patient when I asked about arranging a taxi for an excursion for the entire day. Set me up with a cab driver that they do business with on a regular basis and I received a discounted rate.

The breakfast was fresh. The beef, in particular, was well seasoned and delicious. My favorite was the dessert bar. Great variety and not too sweet.

We kozen dit hotel uit voor een eerste nacht in Cuenca. Vanwege de ligging, wat verder van de stad, verhuisden we daarna naar een hotel dichter bij het centrum. Daar hebben we achteraf spijt van, want wat is dit een fijn hotel. Goede voorzieningen, goed bereikbaar, prettig personeel. We zouden hier zeker alle nachten in Cuenca verblijven de volgende keer. Verder viel die afstand ook erg mee. Een taxiritje is erg goedkoop en met de taxi sta je snel in het centrum. Dus echt een aanrader dit hotel!

Oro Verde is so fantastic. My pregnant fiancée and I stayed there before and after our baby was born because we live 2 hrs away. The entire hotel staff treated us with such care. They also surprised use with a cute llama doll for my baby and chocolate and fruit plate for us. They also helped my fiancée move around the hotel in a wheelchair which was so helpful. We were so appreciative and thankful for the great, super above and beyond service. I can't recommend this hotel enough.
