Room was good although well worn. The staff were friendly but not great English. Breakfast was ok, but somewhat poor quality. One example: I needed ice for a sprain and it took 10 hours to get any. Overpriced for the quality.

Pick up from the airport was seedless. Super clean, really comfortable and the staff were all super helpful

The AC barely work and it was always hot. When I mentioned my Expedia gold reward for a room upgrade, they didn’t know what I was talking about. On my last day, they was trying to rush me out my room for someone else. They also charged you for everything.

Overnight stay before travelling to Akagera. Very pleased with my choice of hotel, could not fault it 😊

La chambre était propre et bien rangée, le personnel était courtois à l'acceuil et au cafétariat. Malheuresement, le pickup à l'aéroport n'a pas été organisé malgré ma demande.

Great fresh pastries at breakfast

The rooms were spacious and clean, the receptionists and rooms service were also excellent and really friendly at all times. I was made to feel welcomed and valued by every staff member throughout my stay. The food was ok - but not brilliant, and service a little slow at breakfast.

Rooms are good, spacious, good amenities. Breakfast isnt great, there is only one elevator, customer service was good. When i ordered food to the room, they menti8ned that i could go down to restaurant and get the food 8r there would be a charge of 2000 RwF for bringing the food to the room, which was annoying. I dont think they charged me, but this wasnt a good.policy tomcharge fir room service. Have good massage.

We only needed the hotel room for a few hours before our 1:30 am flight out of KGL. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel shuttle to airport was provided free of charge. Our only complaint would be the poolside restaurant wasn't very good as far as the food quality and the service was really slow.
