出張で5泊しました。部屋は清潔で、朝食も美味しく、空港送迎もしっかりやってもらい、全体的には良かったです。ただ、ホテルの改修と思われる作業を深夜まで行っていた日が1日あり、レセプションに対応をお願いしましたが、何もしてくれませんでした。また、夜中の3時にチェックインしたグループが騒いでいて、目が覚めてしまいましたが、ホテルのスタッフは何も対応をしてくれなかったのが残念でした。

レストランが二十四時間営業で、とても美味しく、食べ飽きない。

従業員はとても親切です。ホテルの前の道は未舗装ですが歩いて一分ほどで舗装された道に出ます。美味しいレストランが多い地域です。バスパークから離れていますが、ホテルのバスで無理で送ってくれました。

With the exception of a very firm bed, which is standard for East Africa, and inconsistency in shower water temperature, Five to Five was great.

Superb service, clean room and facilities, great breakfast, and an amazing view. Highly recommend!

Staff just needs to do better with telling us to turn on the refrigerator behind it or turning on the hot water outside the room as we had none. The toilet has a huge leak and they just said “ laundry was closed” so no extra towels.

I booked the room with a kitchen but was not given one.

very small room for 100usd a day hotel. getting in to bathroom is a chore. breakfast mediocre. more of a over night stay hotel for people coming late night and moving next day

This hotel was rated as a 4 star hotel. Our room was a city view with three beds. The space was quite small and cramped. It was not a luxury hotel. The rooms on the mountain side will have had nice views. I got a good discount with booking on hotels.com. I would stay here again with this discount only, not full price. The restaurant was fine.

Shower and bathroom need updates

I booked a room on the 22/05/2024 for my sister and her son. They arrived at 3pm to check in, they were told the room was not ready. later, they were taken to the room but the bed sheets were not done. To make matters worst the room was not the one I saw on hotels.com. I asked the five to five receptionist why this was, she stated that was last room they had but they can issue me a refund if I wanted cancellation and I agreed with her . As per our agreement, I contacted hotels.com to cancel the booking and issue me a refund. And told me that they will do this but fist they have to contact the hotel and after giving them the name of person I made agreement with, I ended my chat with hotels.com. This morning, I had an email from hotels.com which told me that five to five refused to issue me a refund. I will make sure that either Hotels.com or five to five issue me a refund because I recorded all our chat and calls. In addition to this, While waiting for their room to be ready, my sister told me they hotel workers ignored her and her son but while giving refreshers and waters to their white their guests. My sister and her son felt really upset and told me they would never stay in the hotel.

Five to Five Hotel is a great place to stay. The staff is kind and courteous. The rooms are clean and convenient. The dining was spectacular and the patio area was safe, quiet, and and very beautiful. I will stay there on my future visits.
