出張で5泊しました。部屋は清潔で、朝食も美味しく、空港送迎もしっかりやってもらい、全体的には良かったです。ただ、ホテルの改修と思われる作業を深夜まで行っていた日が1日あり、レセプションに対応をお願いしましたが、何もしてくれませんでした。また、夜中の3時にチェックインしたグループが騒いでいて、目が覚めてしまいましたが、ホテルのスタッフは何も対応をしてくれなかったのが残念でした。

レストランが二十四時間営業で、とても美味しく、食べ飽きない。

従業員はとても親切です。ホテルの前の道は未舗装ですが歩いて一分ほどで舗装された道に出ます。美味しいレストランが多い地域です。バスパークから離れていますが、ホテルのバスで無理で送ってくれました。

Basically what you see is what you get. The rooms were clean, the amenities were upto standard and the staff were very friendly. I had a great time.

Great hotel, friendly staff

We stayed at this property twice during our recent trip. We very much enjoyed it. It is conveniently located, good priced, the staff is very amicable. Only slight disappointment was perhaps the breakfast choices. They could do better. But I would highly recommend.

Clean, quiet, lots of friendly staff, 24 hour restaurant, shuttle to airport Restaurant has mostly terrace seating (covered) with a great view of the lower city as well as the hills beyond

Staff was very kind. I was just here for one night but it was comfortable. They allowed me a late check-out. Very convenient for the airport.

With the exception of a very firm bed, which is standard for East Africa, and inconsistency in shower water temperature, Five to Five was great.

Staff just needs to do better with telling us to turn on the refrigerator behind it or turning on the hot water outside the room as we had none. The toilet has a huge leak and they just said “ laundry was closed” so no extra towels.

I booked the room with a kitchen but was not given one.

very small room for 100usd a day hotel. getting in to bathroom is a chore. breakfast mediocre. more of a over night stay hotel for people coming late night and moving next day
