スタッフはフレンドリー。フロントの対応も丁寧で、礼儀正しく、気持ちがよいです。部屋も清潔で、道路に面している反対側の部屋を指定すれば、静かです。

グレートイーストロード沿いに面しており、ミニバスに乗ったり、車で移動するのには便利です。空港での迎えも、送りだしも、１人１０ドルでしてくれます。朝食のビュッフェも、以前よりバリエーションが増えました。

立地が便利で、部屋は清潔です。wifiが速く快適に仕事できます。

急遽、フライトが変更になり、夜１時着のKQで到着し、不安だったので、hotels.comの通信機能を使い、ホテルに空港までの迎えをお願いした。価格は30ドルだったが、空港ゲートで夜1時30分に迎えてもらい、安心した。

立地も良いし、朝に郊外へ、夕方にホテルに戻るには、車のラッシュにまきこまれることはそれほどありません。空港へ行くシャトルが無料でしたが、３００クワチャの支払いが必要になりました。

タオルは１枚しかなく言っても洗濯中だとか言って持ってこようとしません。（フロント） リビングストンから戻って再び泊まると １人だけ愛想のよい彼女がいまして歯ブラシとタオル３枚たのんだら持ってきてくれました。

朝食はビュッフェスタイル。朝食が単調というコメントが目立ちますが、バリエーションはあります。２，３泊なら気にならないでしょう。Best Westernのメンバー登録をフロントですれば、空港までの送迎は無料になります。普段であれば、300クワチャします。フロント、スタッフはフレンドリー、悪くはありません。シャワーの切り替えがちょっと難しい。。

もともと、中国資本のホテルだったこともあり、各所に中国製品が使われています。それが気にならなければ、問題はありません。スタッフはフレンドリーです。ただし、夜はホテルの外を歩くことはできません。タクシーを使うようにしましょう。

My stay was a pleasant experience

The stuff was amazing. And kiddos to the property for offering internships to the 18-24 years old and providing hospitality management training! Loved it!

The hotel including management and staff was top class. I cannot praise it too highly.

Ate in the restaurant - took an hour to place the order for our group and another hour for the food to arrive. When it arrived it was not complete but even worse the bulk of the food was cold. Upon splitting the lobster from the surf and turf, it was rotten inside and smelly. Staff were unconcerned and I have had to raise it with central customer service My recommendation is to stay at the hotel but not eat at the restaurant

Just okay rooms, a bit of lighting issue, feels dark. Just okay for short stays.

Staff made a special effort to go out and buy duct tape for me for my broken suitcase - very much appreciated!!!
