Good room, good service. But hotel inside is bit difficult. Food not bad.

ホテル内にスーパーマーケット（酒類の販売有、但し18時には閉まってた）、レストラン複数件、ATM、カジノ等があり、ホテルから出なくても一通りの用事は済ませる。ホテル周辺にも飲食店・売店が散在。昼間出歩く分には治安的に問題ない。 フロントは然程広くなく係員は事務的だが、ポーターが親切。帰り、フェリーターミナル迄タクシーを利用したいと言うと、タクシーを利用する程の距離じゃないから（徒歩約５分）案内してあげる、と言われ、フェリーターミナル迄荷物を持って案内してくれた。　 客室は広く綺麗だが、空調が弱い、蚊帳が無い、洗面所が下から水漏れする、と値段の割に必ずしも快適とは言い難い。冷蔵庫やセーフティボックスが設置されているのは良かった。朝食の品揃えはまずまず。

Nice Rooms Big Hotel. Near ferry to Zanzibar and center of the city. Beautiful sea view and nice staff

I have been staying at the Harbour View Suites for many years, when I need to travel to Dar es Salaam. The staff is always incredibly gracious and helpful. Dar is a big and very busy city - and could feel a bit unsafe as a foreigner. However, this hotel occupies the 9th, 10th and 11th floors of a large building with ocean views. SO once you are inside, you will feel perfectly safe. It also hosts a lovely pool and gym for some moments of relaxation. Even if you don't score an ocean view suite - having breakfast in their restaurant will allow you a lovely ocean view to accompany the awesome breakfast buffet. I just hosted a dinner for 8 at the restaurant, and everyone enjoyed an excellent meal. I have only high praise for this hidden gem in the middle of a busy port city.

객실 상태가 매우 깔끔하고, 전자렌지, 식기류, 테이블, 수건 등 대부분이 구비가 되있습니다. 9층에 수영장도 가보았는데 유럽에 온듯한 온화하고 깔끔한 느낌이었어요! 조식도 맛있고, 직원들이 서비스가 좋아요. 제가 방을 옮기기게 되어서 이전 방에 짐을 몇개 빠져먹었는데 하나도 빠짐없이 가져다 주셨어요! 정직하고, 시내와 접근성이 좋고 1층에 음식점이 많고 시큐러티 보안 직원들도 있어서 편합니다

Hyvin vahva homeen haju huoneessa, huone oli epäsiisti. Aamupalalla lämpimät ruoat olivat lähes kylmiä jo klo 8 aikaan.

The hotel staff at the front desk are rude and lack customer service skills. If you leave anything behind at this hotel and call to ask about it, you're wasting your time because you will not get a phone call back. I use to like this hotel as I have stayed here many of times. I would recommend going elsewhere if you don't want to deal with attitudes from staff

Good central place, close to ferry terminal and so on. At this stay i did not have much of a view, was to the back alley, not to be recommended. Nice room it was, and great service form the staff.

No ocean view but a lovely room. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities. First class dining room with good choice for both evening and breakfast. Lovely balcony for drinks with views of harbour. Will definitely visit again

Bed is okay,and room is bigger.However carpet are not well cleaned
