建物のつくりから調度品まで、全体が安っぽくないでした。前の海の眺めも最高でした。屋上にはプールもありました。

Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings, wenn man kein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht hat schaut man in einen dunklen schmalen Innenhof! Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und vom Zimmer Reinigungsservice sind sehr freundlich, wenn auch 1x erst auf Nachfrage um 18 Uhr gereinigt wurde! Silikonfugen in der Duschen gehören erneuert! Frühstücksauswahl war ok, aber kalte Spiegeleier mag niemand Tolles Rooftop mit schöner Aussicht und kleinem Pool. Allerdings war das Wasser trüb und wurde unserer Meinung nach nicht kontinuierlich umgewälzt

positivo: pulizia delle camere, personale molto disponibile, reception ok, colazione varia. negativo: durante la colazione non vi era riordino dei tavoli e dovevi prepararti da solo il tavolo, la cena quando a buffet varia ma ripetitiva, il bagno non degno di un hotel a 4 stelle appendimi o mancanti o rotti, gli stipiti della porta ormai consumati, la porta a vetri della doccia mancante

Hotel laisser a l'abandon, fuyer ce n'est pas un 4 étoile. Au meme prix situer pas loins le pestana. Piscine sale a notre arriver, mobilier d'extérieur usager et salle Ascenseur salle avec une odeur qui donne envie de vomir. La chambre premium sans balcon daccord . Ont demande un grand lit ont nous donne 2 simple. Pas de cadeaux de douche comme sur les image. Les femmes de ménage prenne les serviette salle mais ne rendent pas de serviette propre donc 1 Serviette pour 2 Pas la peine de contacter l'hotel 12 jours avant notre sejour je les contacte pour arriver plus tot pas de reponse, je leurs envoie un rappel 5 jours avant jamais eu de. Reponse. Nous somme arriver a 12h au lieux de 14h nous sommes rester dehors Bref environ 210 pour 2 nuit horrible

Clean, quiet, extremely professional staff

I had a terrible experience here . At first the room seemed nice but eventually we saw there are coach-roaches that came out in the shower and in the closet where the clothes were . The house keeping did not clean the room they just make the dirty bed with the same sheets and gave new towels. The floors were not cleaned or bathrooms. They have a major bug problem. I had to leave early because I couldn’t take it . I tried to explain the issue but there was a language barrier. The bed was very hard and the ac dripped pools of water on the floor , and made very loud cracking noises. I have called to get my money back and I’m getting the runaround.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Excellent sejour. Chambre confortable, propre. Service de qualité. Très bien situé avec excellente vue sur la mer. Piscine "lounge' agréable sur le toit de l'hôtel avec vue imprenable sur le port et la mer. Personnel tres agréable. Restaurant dans l'hôtel pratique et de bonne qualité.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble à l’hôtel Perola. Le personnel est très aimable, surtout les personnes travaillant au restaurant qui assure toujours un excellent service. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très convenable et l’emplacement est correct. L’espace piscine serait peut être à rafraîchir et une climatisation ne serait pas de refus dans la salle de sport. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Our stay at Hotel Perola was overall great. Our first day in our assigned room we noticed the bathroom had a leak from the toilet, we told the front desk staff and they were more than happy to help. They sent a technician to check it out. In the end, they ended up upgrading us to a suite and we were very grateful. Overall cleaninless was decent, however the curtains in the room were a bit dirty and either require a good deep clean or new curtains altogether. The staff, especially Josiene the receptionist, was absolutely lovely, breakfast was tasty, as well as dinner options, and the views were great!

Buena atención en recepción. Habían algunas pequeñas deficiencias en la habitación, como el mango de la ducha, pero lo subsanaron al día siguiente. Cama cómoda y habitación muy amplia. El desayuno correcto pero cada día había lo mismo. Faltaba más vajilla , tuvimos que pedir un bol para la fruta, y platos limpios (después del primero).

O hotel está muito bem localizado, amplas instalações, muito arejado e limpo com um ambiente sempre agradável Os funcionários são extremamente amáveis e disponíveis para encontrar resposta às nossas necessidades, o que neste caso foi importante em virtude do acidente da companhia de navegação inter-ilhas nos ter obrigado a prolongar a nossa estadia. Voltaremos a preferir o Hotel Pérola.
