Staff was fantastic but accommodation is not suitable for business trips since the Hotel is shabby and situated in not a great area

The service was great

Carpets are dirty ,towels yellowish

It was okay but a lot needs improvement at the hotel to spruce it up, particularly room furniture

It was an ok stay

The hotel was clean, safe, and suited our needs.

The hotel staff was incredible. I stayed in both the apartments and the hotel sections. Bed Mattresses could use an update

har bott på detta hotell många gånger genom året, vissa positiva förändringar har skett tex med trädgården. Rummen bra, vissa kvällar lite störningar i korridoren av andra gäster, Frukost mkt bra. Men övriga beställningar i trädgårdens servering under all kritik, Massa personal men ingen hade koll och allt tog lång tid, och rätt trist meny. Trevlig men okunnig personal

Hotel is average. Staff are friendly and very kind, I could see they are making serious effort as hotel staff. Hotel has only two taxi vehicles for the guests, when all taxis out, we have to find other taxi near the hotel, but there are illegal money changers in front of the hotel, I felt uneasy about security.

Not bad but no hot water sometimes. Staff are not well organized.

Negative point was that I could not get an invoice from the Hotel because I booked on Hotels.com thus anyone whose company require hotel invoices, be aware. My stay was good, the Internet and power were stable. The staff was friendly and the food decent with buffet breakfast every morning. Location was good with fast food and pharmacies 5 mins away

Bra nyrenoverat hotell i centrum av Harare. Enda plumpen i protokollet var problemet för oss vid frukosten, där damen vid entrén till frukosten påstod att frukosten inte ingick. Kontakt med portieren så löste det sig. Problemet var att det hände även den andra dagen. Dålig kommunikation.

Was there for 5 nights for a business visit. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Staff is very friendly & ready to help. The only thing I found weird was that I didn’t get the invoice with check in check out dates as I had booked through Hotels.com

Booked two nights for my daughter with breakfast buffet ,and there was miss understanding in restaurant where they were told expedia made an err whereas the booking clearly said "with breafast buffet " and was told to top up extra $13 per head if they wanted buffet . Whatever the restaurantwas trying to do please get it together. I called the hotel n spoke to the manager Pauline very nice lady . She apologized and took care of the situation. Other than that my family enjoy their stay here . Thanks to Pauline .

Staff was so friendly and helpful however i was not impressed by the bathroom,shower did not have shower curtains causing water to spill on the timber floor.Generally the room was good.
