1時間おきにビクトリア滝行きのシャトルバスがあって大変便利でした！ テレビ、冷蔵庫、ドライヤーもついてて良かったです。アメニティも虫除けまでもあり不足ありません。

It was a little far from the city center and the waterfall. There were no one in the reception when we arrived, which lacks the sense of welcoming. But the staff were kind and the food was good.

ヴィクトリアの滝までも近くロケーションはい良いと思います。近くに徒歩5分ほどで大きなスーパーがあります。（ただし、びっかの関係上、なんでも非常に高いです。）レストラン、バーもありますので、夜は、ホテルで、改易に過ごせました。1泊しかしておりませんが、当日大変暑かったですが、エアコンが送風レベルで、外出中に修理してもらいましたが、涼しくなったものの、みしみしがたがたなエアコンからの音と、夜中にエアコンから水がたれはじめたというエアコントラブルがありました。それ以外は、スタッフも大変フレンドリーで、良かったです。

ホテルのみなさんが本当によくしてくれました。施設は広々としたコテージタイプの部屋で庭にすぐ出てゆっくりもできます。ツアー会社WildHorizonがフロントの脇にあり、たくさんアクティビティーを楽しめました。確かに町の中心と滝までは少し遠いけれど、そもそもビクトリアは各宿泊施設が広い敷地を持ち広い町で車社会。アクティビティーはホテルピックアップが基本だし、中心での用事はスーパーと銀行くらいだし、タクシーも手配してくれるし遠くても問題ありません。蚊が多いなどのコメントを見ましたが、蚊がいるのはビクトリア全体での話。このホテルは夕方それぞれの部屋の蚊の退治をするなど最大の努力をしてました。プールも広くて気持ちが良い。

部屋自体は清潔だが、虫が入りやすい。 レストランやお土産屋さんがあるところまでは歩くには少し遠い。 スタッフの対応は最高でした。

The staffs at this hotel are all friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves great dishes even for breakfast. The location is within walking distance from the falls. In all, this hotel is worth much more than the price they offer.

広い敷地内に立つテラス式の建物。町の中心から少し遠いが、実質的。

ホテル自体はまだ新しく綺麗で、2部屋ずつくらいが別建物になっているコテージタイプです。スイートは十分な広さで、TVが寝室とリビングの両方にあり、コンセントも日本のプラグがそのまま使えたり、USBポートがありiPhoneの充電に便利でした。もちろん部屋までWi-Fiも飛んでいます。 町の外れに位置していますが、町の中心部や滝までも十分歩いて行けます。タクシーもいっぱい走っていますので、足には困らないと思います。

No ref., however the room was being kept clean. The staffs were very kind and we were very satisfied. The guest can park a car in front of the room and one of my neighbor guest's car alerm sometimes rang in the midnight and disturbed us, but it stopped after my report to the reception. The foods were good, however the number of the menu were very limited, so it is expected to add some other dishes, such as Chinese menu, like fried rice, noodle, fried veg., wonton soup, etc., then more Japanese and Chinese customers may come to the hotel.

Rooms clean and staff was friendly

We had a truly pleasant stay at the hotel. During our initial booking the hotel was fully booked, so we had to do two separate bookings, but they were able to let us stay in the same room. Our family of four appreciated the upgrade to the spacious family room, which came equipped with mosquito nets and insect repellent lotion. The complimentary breakfast was superb, and the attentive service made us feel as though we were the only guests there. The photos on the website don’t do the property justice—it’s even better in person. The location is safe, with very close proximity to both the town and the falls. We didn’t encounter any roaming animals, which gave us peace of mind about wandering baboons in the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again if we return to the region.

Very clean room, amazing staff, close to national park with perfect hotel shuttle service.

For us a great location, friendly staffm internet sometimes would be shakey, but for us not to a point where we could penalise the hotel for the rest of the goodness. All staff where helpful.

Rooms were clean, everything good except the room key situation. Internet down and so didn’t issue room keys. Access room through patio door.

Clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Falls were only a few minutes drive away.
