Goodだったのは、一階のロビーとカフェが綺麗で素敵だったこと、ウェルカムドリンクが良かったこと、モールに直結しているため食事に困らないこと、そして何よりスタッフの方々のホスピタリティーです。ただ、改善点としては、部屋がちょっと古びていること、クーラーは効くが暖房が効かないため夜に寒かったこと(冬に滞在した)、プールも心踊る感じでは無かったことです。リノベーションをされると、もっと良いのではないかと思いました。あとは、立地が空港からは近いもののビーチからは離れているので、それでいいかどうか考慮した方がいいかも。

非常に部屋が広くて洗濯機やキッチンもあり快適に過ごせませた。ショッピングモールに隣接のホテルで買い物も便利でした。

キッチンの付いている部屋にして頂きましたが、向かい側が隣のビルの壁なのか窓もカーテンも開けられない状態でした。 ショッピングセンターと接続しており、その中にスーパーマーケットもフードコート、両替商もあり便利でした。

スタッフが非常に親切で、部屋はキッチン付で広く使いやすい。車がないと難しい場所。タクシーやツアーを使うなら問題ない。モールと隣接（繋がっている？）しているので便利だが、レストランは閉店しているところも多かった。グランドモスクを見たくて近場にしたが、幹線道路を渡るために大周りするのでタクシーは必要。

清潔でセンスも良く、とてもきれいなお部屋のうえ、部屋からの眺望（目の前にあるモスクが夜にライトアップされ、おとぎ話に出てくるような光景）も夢のようでした。小規模ながらホテルに直結したモールの一階にある食べ放題のインド料理（一人前で300円くらい）や、徒歩10分の大きなショッピングモールも楽しく、さらに、信じられないような豪華さと美しさの感動のグランドモスク がタクシーでほんの数分の位置という最高の場所でした。

The hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast selection is good, excellent housekeeping especially staff member 'Bala' who is very honest and trustworthy.

Very comfortable suite. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Easily access by car - so a good base point for activities. For those who want to cater for themselves a large supermarket is provided underneath and good sized mall to the side. The only quirk: the OTAXI app conflates Levatio Suites and the Radisson hotel 100 m down the road - so taxi drivers tend to turn up at the wrong address. The remedy: use Panorama Mall as the address.

Overall stay is wonderful.

Room was okay however housekeeping not brilliant. Team and complimentary items would not all be left, e,g if I was in the room there would be milk/cream however if not then only teabags. Also on checkout and check in it took too long for our bags to be taken, which meant we had to do it our self. After asking many times did the person help us put the bags in the car. Overall not a bad stay, room was comfortable and clean and the pool was nice. However communication especially during check in and check out would help. Hotel staff were very helpful when booking taxi drivers which I appreciate

Excellent experience at Levatio suite Muscat. Very clean. All staff members were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the spa in the hotel. Great breakfast as well.

It’s one of the best experiences I’ve had. I definitely recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel for about twenty nights, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable experiences I’ve ever had. Everything from the location to the cleanliness and service was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back here again in the future.

Uitstekende hotel

Soggiorno di 3 notti in famiglia. Struttura comoda e dotata di cucina così abbiamo potuto una sera farci una pasta giusto per non uscire sempre a mangiare. Nella struttura dell’hotel e’ presente un centro commerciale con supermarket di alimentari.

Great place to be, very central if you want to explore muscat. A mall within the accommodation makes access to basics very simple. A decent gym and pool as well. Lovely place to be and I would certainly visit again.
